Read DIY trip reviews online and decided to book a driver to save money. We arranged last minute with Thomas and a driver was provided at 9 am the next morning.
The driver was charming but flustered. Turns out his wife had just gone into labour. He drove us a few miles to meet a replacement. Zero adverse impact to us, all in all a great service and glad we took the chance. Great standard of driving and a nice car.

Wir eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten haben online einen Transfer von Phu My nach Saigon gebucht. Nachdem uns der der Fahrer von Saigon Private Car mit einen Schild mit meinem Namen begrüßt hat , ging die Fahrt nach Saigon sofort los. Nach ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit kamen wir im Stadtzentrum an, und zu unserer Verwunderung stieg dort noch eine Person in den Bus hinzu. Thomas erklärte uns er wäre ab sofort unser Tourbegleiter und würde uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten die wir sehen wollten in Saigon zeigen. Genau so ist dann der ganze Tag verlaufen und wir erlebten einen ganz tollen Tag in Saigon . Ich möchte mich hier noch einmal bei Thomas und dem Fahrer von der ganzen Gruppe bedanken , es war ein wirklich toller Tag. Wir können Saigon Privat Car absolut weiter empfehlen!

Please be careful before you are getting a car rental from this Saigon Private Car. They have their own webpage and facebook page as well. Below is our honest experience and may be our side of story but I am here to take my time to write up so to help others to have a better trip.
We took a car for 5 from Ho Chi Minh to Dalat. Since this was our very first friend gathering we were all on very good vacation mood. We had to pay upfront for the whole trip to the manager, Thomas just before the trip started. To make this tour convenient we specifically requested for "at least" basic English speaking driver but Thomas sent us someone couldn't even say yes or no. We didn't noticed about the driver till we reached Dalat since we were riding overnight and we were asleep ofcourse.
Worst part was the driver was rude to us in term of behavior and started showing bad attitude when confusion came due to language barrier on the very first day. So we thought the office manager Thomas could be trusted and reliable when we tried to inform him that we were having hard time with the driver but the manager listen to the driver in their own language and then start shouting us on the phone that we were treating bad to his driver. When we questioned Thomas why he ignored our request about the basic English speaking driver then he stopped replying us.
We didn't really get to all places mentioned in the package. On the 2nd day when we try to show the driver in body language about the tour list we get from Thomas he key in google map on his phone and started shouting the kilometer. If more than 10km or 15km he would shout in Vietnamese and didn't want to send us. We obviously know Dalat is a small city and 15km distance is nothing. We paid the amount they asked and we were only asking to finish the places listed in the tour package but unnecessary shouting from driver was just bad. Becuase of the driver the whole trip was spoiled at the end. we walk around ourselves from 5pm onward.
Our 2 days tour in Dalat gave us feeling that we never wanted to go back again because of this.

I booked a tour from the Phu My port to Ho Chi Minh City for a family of 4. I was emailing Mr. Thomas and he set everything up for me. Upon reaching the port, the tour company was nowhere to be seen. We waited over half an hour and then used another guides phone to call the company. They lied and said the driver is on his way, he just got a flat tire. Then I called the actual driver who was coming to pick us up and he flat out told he HE FORGOT!! Are you kidding me? How can you forgot that you have a tour? Then he proceeded to tell me to wait an hour and he would come pick us up! I ended up having to take a taxi and paid more than I should have but I didn't have any options. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!! Not only did they forget about my pre booked tour, but they tried to lie about forgetting it. Seriously DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Office manager Thomas, and driver Mr. Phong were both helpful and professional providing airport pick up, customized private transportation both in and outside HCM City. Some drivers may speak limited English.

Nous avons réservé par courriel 2 trajets et dans chacun des cas nous avons eu des voitures en parfait état et suffisamment spacieuses pour 4 personnes aves bagages.
Les chauffeurs comprenaient l'anglais
Les horaires ont été respectés à a lettre
Les prix étaient les plus concurrentiels et les réponses aux courriels ont toujours été rapides.

I organised transport to Vung Tau from HCM prior to my travels. Communication with the manager, Thomas, was very clear and efficient. The car arrived early at the hotel in HCM and was clean and comfortable. The driver, Tho, was friendly, reliable and we had some nice conversation during the two hour journey.
