Had a lovely time at Dak Spa. We went for pedicures on a Tuesday and then came back for manicures, massages, hair shampoo that Saturday. Everything was lovely and so relaxing.
But the main reason I'm writing the review is because my manicure (and pedicure) is likely the best one I've ever had. I have strong natural nails and so I don't do gel and just get regular lacquer. Usually my manicures last 2 or 3 days before a chip. And if I'm traveling, which I was, then definitely something breaks during the trip. However, this time, the manicure was perfect, and stayed perfect for at least 9 days - when I had to remove the polish for other reasons. This was even including international travel with checked bags and everything! I'm writing this review 2 weeks after my nails were done and they're still perfectly shaped (no chips or cracks). Oh and my arms are still super soft from the wrap they did. I should have done a full body wrap like that.
If you're in Saigon, I highly recommend having a spa day at Dak Spa. And if you don't have time for a full spa day, definitely get a manicure & pedicure. So good! Thank you Tricia & Verona for such a lovely time and for coordinating things between the tailoring shop and the spa. It was perfect!

Did a good job with my nails and said to come back if I had any issues they would fix for me.
However, as a tourist and a nail biter I didn’t feel very welcomed, felt very judged.

Professional and relaxing manicure and pedicure. We returned a second time for hand scrub and gel.

I have visited Dao Spa x2 times this week..amazing! In fact have sent two of my colleagues as well. The quality of massage and the attention given, second to none! My long standing sore neck gone and my aching feet.. transformed.
Highly highly recommend this spa and the lovely staff.

Prices are very decent and service is unpretentious+polite. I know I had a very good session because I managed to sleep! (I have trouble falling asleep / relaxing at most spas)

I have never done this in my life. I actually am creating an account to do it. But this was the worst experience of my LIFE. 3 hours later- got gel on and had to have it removed bc it was so sticky. Then they literally could not get it off so they used crazy tactics and injured me twice. It got so bad that 3 people were working on it at once. They finally got it off and gave me my money back but they wasted my day and hurt me significantly. I left with no manicure and with 3 hours of my time in beautiful Saigon destroyed. I must note however that the manager and owner were very lovely and helpful, but the damage had been done and was beyond repair by time they stepped in. Anyway, please don’t go here!!

I came to Saigon several months ago, staying in City Center. Several of the spas near me were closed, but a concierge at an adjacent hotel recommended Dak Spa. I is nestled in a bustling area of district 1, but once inside it was quite serene and peaceful.
I got a 90-minute massage to relieve from tension from a long flight, and the masseuse I had did an amazing job. Prices are very reasonable, and I even got to meet the owner (Verona) who is charming and extremely nice.
I have since been back in a subsequent trip, and the experience was the same - although I walk past several other spas, I continue to go to Dak Spa as I generally feel welcomed there and something more than just a customer.
Thank you, Dak Spa personnel - for a great experience - I'll continue to come back

The spa has an adjoining hair salon. My mother got an excellent haircut while I did a pedicure. The owners and staff were friendly and could communicate well in English. Prices were reasonable.

My Fiancé and myself visited this spa recently and were amazed by the spa experience. We both received a shampoo which was like a massage for you head and hair. I have never had a 30 minute shampoo before and it is something I definitely could get used to. My wife also enjoyed the shampoo and hair treatment. I also decided to get a haircut. I was a little apprehensive since I am from the states and have not had my hair cut any other place. However, it was by far the best haircut I have ever had. The stylist took her time and you could tell she was a top notch professional. I would have had to pay 10x the amount back in the states for such a professional haircut. Thank you so much Tricia!!! You made our wedding photos turn out great with the haircut and custom suit You made next door! Highly recommend this spa.
