We did the Deli Street food tour and absolutely loved it! Even though we were already 3 weeks in Vietnam at the time of the tour, we still tried new food and learned new things. Would recommend 100%!

This being my first time to HCM City, I did 5 tours with Saigon Corners:
24 Dec 2022 (afternoon): Day Saunter with Nghia & Khoi - They took me to around on foot and it was a lot of fun seeing the different sights and hearing the stories related to the landmark or area. Nghia was very nice if a bit quiet but was very knowledgeable. Khoi was super friendly, chatty and entertaining. They made a great Yin and Yang duo on the tour.
24 Dec 2022 (evening): Street Food Deli with Nga & Lok - They took me on their motorbikes to eat at various eateries and street food at a night market. Nga was super informative, organised and considerate. Lok was hilarious and entertaining! These two roommates had great rapport and really made the night a fun experience.
25 Dec 2022 (afternoon and evening): Historic Stories and Night Saunter - Guided by the lovely Arielle who was a last minute replacement and feel very fortunate that i got her given that she was one of the founding members of SC! She was very friendly, informative, genuine and kept the conversations flowing throughout our time together.
26 Dec 2022 (afternoon): Time Imprints - Met Linh at Hoa Sen University and she took me on her motorbike to various sights. She is friendly and informative and I had a great time on my last tour with SC. However, I would like to suggest that she chat less whilst riding on her motorbike as I could barely hear her through my helmet and all the traffic noise.
The highlight of my tours was Pho Binh (Historic Stories) and seeing the beautifully lit buildings on the Saigon Waterbus (Night Saunter). I do recommend the inclusion of Independence Palace on one of their tours as I would have enjoyed it more if I had a friendly guide from SC.
All in all, I highly recommend this unique tour experience as you get to see this vibrant city through the eyes of young locals and learn about the city from their perspective!

While visiting Europe, free walking tours was one of my favorite activities when arriving in a new city, I was very happy to discover that it also existed in HCM city and I booked one Day Saunter tour right away for my short stay. What I liked about this tour of Saigon Corners was that I was "given" a "buddy", so the tour became more like an afternoon hangout with friends. My buddy Vy was very professional and always smiling. She showed me the city not only tourist spots but also where locals hang out, the street foods and drinks, the different faces of the city and took very good care of me. She made the 4 hours walk in HCM's hot weather passed by so quickly. I fell thankful for her accompany and I will come back to HCM to book other walking tours of Saigon Corners 😊

Lucy and Khoi brought me, my mom and my sister around Ho Chi Minh City (Day Saunter tour). They did well in introducing us to the places of interest and we enjoyed spending the morning with them. I did a walking tour with Linh today, she was absolutely fantastic. She was so happy to share her city with us and showed us lots of local spots. I learnt so much about the history and culture of Ho Chi Minh City. She also conversed with me in great english, overall she made me feel very welcomed in her city!! Would recommend to anyone.

Linh was lovely, super friendly and knew alot of information about her home city of Ho Chi Minh. Not to mention she spoke amazing english! This was the perfect way to orientate ourselves around the city since it was our first day in Ho Chi Minh ☺️

We had an excellent tour with Vy and Nghia, it was so nice to be able to talk with people of Saigon. They gave us lot of knowledge. We learned about the history, building, and habits of Saigon's people. We recommend to do the tour at 100% !

I joined the Chinese Traits tour with 2 lovely guides, Linh and Lucy. They could communicate well in both English and Chinese which impressed me. Both were knowledgeable about the history of the places we visited and patiently explained the different cultural differences. It was an eye-opening tour and I would definitely recommend everyone to join them on a trip!

Wir haben eine ca. 4-stündige Tour (Day Saunter) mit netten Studierenden gemacht. Die Route war sehr schön und die Studierenden erzählen in gutem Englisch interessante Fakten über die Stadt, die Orte und die Menschen. Auch gaben sie uns uns hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt: zum Beispiel empfahlen sie uns sehr leckeres vietnamesisches Essen.
Die Tour war "kostenlos" lediglich 60.000 VND müssten wir für den Eintritt ins Museum (2 Personen) zahlen. Da uns die Tour sehr gefallen hat, gaben wir aber auch ein gutes Trinkgeld, sodass wir insgesamt 400.000 VND für 2 Personen gezahlt haben. Die Studierenden wären aber sicher auch mit weniger zufrieden gewesen.
Wir empfehlen die Tour uneingeschränkt weiter!

My trip to HCM city was a great experience thanks to the enthusiastic student volunteers at Saigon Corners. They not only shared with us an insider local perspective but also taught us a lot of HCM history and their culture. I personally felt that the students were way friendier than the usual professional tours we went before as they made us feel very welcomed during the 3 tours (Historic stories, Time imprints and Night Sauter) we had with them. I also really like how they are willing to share and genuinely interested in our own culture as well. If I could give a 10 star review, I would do so. I strongly reccomended anyone to join thier tours!
