Amazing service. They answer requests and messages almost immediately. Rented a car with driver for 12
Hours. Driver arrived on time and was really helpful and kind. Car was exactly as requested and in excellent conditions.

This car rental place, Blue Car Group, is a 'no-go' if you want a car that actually works. I have rented many times and each time there is a problem: oil leaks on gas driven cars and lately on their Prius cars: battery dead after 15 mins of driving away from the lot, in heavy traffic at a huge intersection and NOT even battery for Hazard warning lights!!! Error on fuel gauge and NO explanation by the manager Vini (Vinicius Remor) or his staff that the car needs to be filled with gas when seemingly half full! No signs in the car. When other electrical errors occurs he will claim it is out of gas, when in fact not, and not be willing to diagnose. He's extremely rude when we called notifying him and his secretary about the errors and hazardous situations we encountered. He has TWICE DENIED MY DEPOSIT BACK even after signing the standard contract and signing an extra 'security paper' that he definately will refund deposit when car is returned in clean, cleared and perfect condition compared to when it was rented out. BE WARE of these people!!!! You will possibly loose your deposit. AND spend way too much time on errors and faults. They should not be allowed to rent out cars that will be driven in heavy LA traffic. In the future we will bypass this 'company' run by scammers. Reason I used this 'company' is that previous owner had some decency when the cars had issues which was actually rare. This Vini guy is a scammer.

Reasonable price, driver was always early (and friendly, flexible for stops en route), company is responsive to WhatsApp messages, very good quality / comfortable car (Isuzu) with water provided.
Highly recommend.

We went to Mekong Delta & Cuchi Tunnel.
The trip was very pleasant along the river. We went to different islands to visit different
Local businesses i.e. candy factory, bee culture. We had a typical local food for lunch. It was very good and we took the tuk tuk too. We had to rush back to catch the tunnel experience. My group did the shooting range . It was a unique experience then went down to the tunnel which was quite challenging but worth trying. We had a tour guide which was very helpful to us to understand the culture abd the ways of life of the Vietnamese people.

Booked and paid a 12 seat car and upon arrival at the border the company tried to be cheap and arranged an 8 seat car only, based on their expected number of passengers. This was never confirmed with us. They refused to bring us back HCM without paying additional cost and cancelled our transport back with refund. We ended up paying additional costs for our way back. Be careful when booking this company as they are trying to give you less than what you paid for!!

I am so sorry as this inconvenienced caused for you.
But you have last minutes changed the mumber of the group from 8 to 10 and + more ice box + 4 suitcase on the tour. That you never infirm for us in advancfe so that why may minivan could not cover so much the luggaue and increased of the group.
We have infromed for you cancelled the return back in Vietnam because you do not want to pay any more.

Hallo! Wir haben ebenfalls im März 2023 ein Fahrzeug bei Vietnam Trust Car Rentals gemietet. Hast Du das Depot zurück erhalten? Wir warten seit über 4 Monaten auf die Überweisung von $ 1'500.- und der Andy von Vietnam Trust Car Rentals geht nicht mal mehr ans Telefon. Er hat uns mehrfach die Überweisung innert ein paar Tagen versprochen, aber das Geld kommt nicht. Ich befürchte, dass es sich um Betrüger handeln könnte. Oder hat bei Euch alles gut geklappt?
