All in all an excellent experience if you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience in District 1.
We did a two hour couples massage that started with 20 minutes in the sauna followed by a deep tissue massage and facial. Our masseuses were very caring and thorough. The hosts were knowledgeable and helpful - they even helped find a nearby banh mi shop for lunch afterwards.
Highly recommended — we ended up going twice while staying in Saigon.

It was a 5-star treatment the moment we stepped into the spa. Thao the one who received us was so hospitable and informative bringing us through what was to be expected. We had the body and foot massage. Our therapists Huong and Nhu were excellent, treating us with such tender care yet strong massage. You leave feeling rejuvenated and happy! Highly recommended!!

From the moment I walked into La Spa, it felt calm and serene. Beautifully decorated and clean. Thu Do (Jolie as she likes to go by and is!) was so helpful in assisting me to choose the right treatment. I went with a Tension Relief Massage for 90 mins and H Nhu was a marvel. She was gentle but firm and could intuitively hit my pain points. I am staying at La Siesta hotel where the spa is based, but would come no matter what. Highly recommend as an oasis amongst a lot of subpar options. Until next time I am in Saigon, thank you so much! 🙏🏻

Exceptional service at the spa. Tnang was amazing and provided impeccable service. Special shout out to Thao at the reception for being an amazing host and looking after my friends and myself. Both Tnang and Taho were top class. Highly recommend to come here if you’re in hoi chi minh!

I had a wonderful facial called the Natural Skin Dream in October. The spa was an oasis in a busy city and it was easy to relax in the quiet, pleasant ambiance of the spa. I was greeted warmly, given a beverage and made to feel very welcome. I didn't have an appointment, but was able to be seen right away. Huong was my facialist and her gentle and capable hands were just right. The girls were friendly and I highly recommend this spa.

Had the tension relief massage and it was GREAT!! Dung was superb; very attentive, respectfful and would alwaya check in to see hpw I was doing. The spa was also super neat, swanky and great price!! Glad i went to this and not the sketchy ones in the neughbourhood! 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I got the 4 hour massage. She says I was asleep most of the time. I believe it because it was mostly a blur to me. I even had a very vivid dream during the massage. It was very thorough and a great value. Would definitely do it again!
