Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung mit Tigit zufriedenstellend. Ich habe eine Honda XR 150cc für 35 Tage in Hanoi gemietet, um eine Rundreise durch Vietnam zu machen und das Motorrad am Ende in Ho Chi Minh abzugeben. Die Online-Buchung verlief reibungslos, die Webseite, Videos und Informationen waren hilfreich. Allerdings erhielt ich ein Motorrad mit 60.000 km Laufleistung, bei dem trotz durchgeführtem Check Probleme auftraten, wie das Herausspringen der Gänge und gelegentliche Gasprobleme.
Obwohl ich diese Probleme in Danang und Dalat bemängelte, traten sie bei den Checks nicht auf. In den letzten 5 Tagen hatte das Motorrad einen Leistungsverlust, den ich in Dalat anmerkte, jedoch nicht sicher bin, ob mein Anliegen verstanden wurde. Trotz einer erneuten Überprüfung blieb das Problem bestehen. Der Leistungsverlust war zwar nicht so gravierend, dass ich nicht weiterfahren konnte, aber bei den hohen Mietkosten erwarte ich ein einwandfreies Fahrzeug.
Die Mitarbeiter in den Filialen leisteten gute Arbeit, jedoch war die Regelung zur fairen frühen Rückgabe nicht transparent. Ich zahlte 580 $ für 35 Tage (16,57 $ pro Tag) und erhielt nur 6 $ zurück, als ich das Motorrad einen Tag früher zurückbrachte. Die Berechnung dieser Gebühr erscheint mir undurchsichtig und wenig fair.
Zur Information: Ich fahre seit Jahren bin auch mehrere Honda XR 150cc, gefahren. Daher kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass man der Maschine ihr Alter angemerkt hat.

I would not trust anyone else. It is so difficult to find trustworthy mechanics and bike rental in Vietnam. I can say with confidence that these guys buck that trend. I am receiving because they always exceed my expectations. If you have any questions or queries they are always polite and helpful. I have asked so many times for advice and it has always seemed like no problem for them to give me their 2 pennies.

Eight of us hired our motorcycles from the the Ho Chi Minh office and took off on our adventure both visiting coastal resorts and up in the mountains ending up in Da Nang. We all found Tigit easy to deal with both before our arrival and on arrival, we are all keen motorcyclists and took our own equipment including helmets, clothing, walkie talkie’s and basic tools. Tigit gave us extras like bungee straps etc and some spares that were luckily not required like spare inner tubes etc but would have been essential if required.
We changed our route and also gave notice during our adventure of different drop off location of our bikes that wasn’t a problem.
We all had an excellent time that Tigit definitely added too, so glad we chose them!

I’ve just finished a 10 day ride from Hanoi to Hoi An/Da Nang via the HCM Road. I don’t normally review anything but my experience with Tigit has been brilliant and I felt compelled to share. Between the bike, website information and maps, YouTube videos and general correspondence, I can’t recommend them more highly.

We rented a Honda XR150 and a Honda Blade from Tigit to drive from Hanoi to HCM.
We are absolutely satisfied with the quality of the bikes and Tigits service.
Very clear and fast communication and a lot of helpfull tips.
Staff is also very friendly.
We 100% recommend to rent bikes at TIGIT!!!

I joined a one day tour around Saigon with Tigit motorcycles, absolutely fantastic day of endurance riding through jungle, plantations, dirt, mud, sand, gravel, floods, 8 hours of motorcycling that allowed me to see more of the real Vietnam than I have seen in the decades of coming here. Jon and the Tigit team are top notch, Todd and Tom the tour guides new their jobs well, good English communication skills and made for a excellent day, I highly recommend this one day tour to anyone wanting to get out of the city and into the countryside - for those who are worried about the extreme nature of the riding, the tour guides can tailor the route selection to your skills set. I rented the Honda CR250 motorcycle due to my size, and it performed faultlessly - I recommend the Honda XR150's as well - Tigit provide a great service of bike rentals and tours, just spending an hour on their web site and the level of information sharing about motorcycling in Vietnam shows you their depth of knowledge and customer care, oh and they have a good selection of equipment for sale in their shops as well - don't go for the cheapest solution, go for the best solution, Tigit is one of the very best you can spend your money with.

My husband and I rented an XR150 each for 3 weeks. The staff were super friendly and helpful with routes. We were given spare tire tubes as tubes for these size tires aren’t readily available everywhere. If we didn’t use them we just gave them back but we used the back tubes. Getting a tire fixed cost us about 30,000đ. Tigit was easy to find and the hire process was super simple. I would totally use them again for my next trips!

with Tigit you are not just renting a motorbike, you are paying for an all inclusive package. our bikes were in excellent condition, very friendly and helpful staff in HCM and DaNang and a customer support which was second to none.
we rented the Honda XR150 and clocked 3221km in 18 days. both oil changes and chain checks we did at Tigit DaNang which is conveniently located next to a Lotte Mart. you get one WhatsApp number for during working hours and another one for emergencies if you have any problems or even if you just need translation with the local rozzers. all our questions via email were answered within a short time and this included a official catalog for speeding fines.
please read their website carefully as they include already a lot of information what to expect while biking through Vietnam and if you have questions they answered all of ours including from the top brass regarding 3rd party liability for motorized vehicles. Vietnam is an amazing country and without wanting to spoil it for backpackers who are buying used motorbikes we were glad that we had reliable bikes without any issues and breaks that worked on a constant basis. they even provide you with a spare inner tube for the tire and only charge you if you have to use it.
you will not regret spending an maybe extra 50US$ for the rent! i can recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had planned to buy a bike to ride from HCMC to Hanoi. Following much research on the topic of buying bikes in Vietnam, I consistently found articles from Tigit Motorbikes. Although possibly more pricy, they had great reviews so we decided to rent instead.
Initially, we had planned for 30-day trip (30-day visa), though we arrived to Saigon a little later than planned. We contacted the company fairly last minute and crossed our fingers. We were able to get a bike and there were actually several bikes available so we got our pick.
Unfortunately, half-way (?) through our trip we had to abandon our plans. We dropped the bike off in DaNang (rather than Hanoi as planned). The staff in DaNang were very supportive and helpful. We received a partial refund (which was a bonus and greatly appreciated). After dropping off our bike, the staff assisted us in arranging transport to the airport.
The bike was great. Zero issues from HCMC to DaNang. The detailed maps provided were a great help (as was the Tigit website). The staff in both locations were excellent and very customer-oriented.
We were sad to have left early and not completed our journey. It is definetly on our list for the future. Tigit will be our go-to rental company when we return.
One note: we rented a Honda Blade (which is on the smaller side, especially for two people). We appreciated the small size when trying to navigate the traffic in HCMC, but as the days went on, a plusher seat would have been much appreciated. Certainly, something to consider when making the full trek.
