Had lunch here and it was divine - Asian plus lots of European staples. Sat out on pretty balcony with superb service and all our choices were delicious- haloumi burger, Asian fried chicken rice, chicken pesto wrap and Asian beef stew. Highly recommend!

커피샵과 같은 장소에 운영하는 편집샵인데 많이 비쌉니다. 아무래도 다 수입이다보니까 그렇긴 한데 베트남산 디퓨저가 있었는데 그것도 5,6만원 하더라구요.간혹 세일하는 기간이 있는데 그때 구입하는 것도 괜찮겠습니다.

ちょっとわかりにくい場所にあるためか空いていました。
私の他には現地のカップルと欧米人１人。
ゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。
メニューも充実しており味も美味しかったです。
店員さんの接客も洗練されていて、一瞬ホーチミンであることを忘れそうでした。
セレクトショップもセンスの良い品揃え。こちらも混んでおらずゆったりしていました。
フェアトレードのチョコレートなどの食品も扱っていました。
私の他には現地のカップルと欧米人１人。

Super shop with everything from clothes to posters to games and gifts sourced locally and worldwide. Good tip is to eat upstairs, Brunch is great, and your receipt gives you a discount in the shop.
It's a stone's throw from the market and all its scams and rogues but couldn't be further away in its relaxed atmosphere. The street itself is worth a wander as L'Usine isn't the only interesting gift-shop here.

As a frequent visitor over the last 5/6 years I have recently noticed levels receding ... the fairly widespread reality of staff being preoccupied with their phones has crept into this cafe/restaurant to the detriment of service levels ... what a shame ... at these prices i would have expected a much more focused workforce ... sad

The cafe is hidden on the 2nd floor where one has to go through an alley beside an art store and then up a spiral stairs to the 2nd level.
The cafe is not big but a good thing is that the sofa seats are equipped with Power points for charging of phones or laptops.
The food is pretty normal (or blend, in my opinion for the lasagna. My wife feels her crispy roast pork glass noodle is nice though). Nothing much which is good to offer for kids. Not as worth it for traveling to the place but if you’re staying somewhere near and need some cafe or food, then it’s okay to eat there.

Although they have Vietnamese food, they also have favorite western style dishes. The food we had was well prepared and tasty-fish & chips and sliders. Great, attentive service and very clean and orderly. We enjoyed ourselves.

It was the end of Tet and all of our favorite restaurants were closed, finally I found this place on the internet and it was open Yeah! !
The taxi dropped us off in Dung Khoi St outside an alleyway it is dificult to find which is amazing as it was full ( mainly young people staring at smart phones, still they count as people I suppose) we had booked a table they took the reservation but they didn't know how to keep the reservation which when you think about it is the main part of a reservation!!!!!!! ( Seinfeld) I was told it was a French restaurant when I made the booking but the menu was almost all Vietnamese with burgers. We were desperate so decided to stay as we had no choice. My Wife had the fish and chips and I had Vongole linguini and supprisingly it was good very well presented. A result I think, would I have went if I knew what I know now absolutely not it is essentially a student coffee shop which serves food. Moral of the story is dont come yo Vietnam during Tet

I enjoyed coming back to this place. This cafe-shop offers an exciting collection of carefully curated brands and items that range from quirky to stylish. The cafe is good, but to me, the space itself is what makes it remarkable.

Our second trip to HCMC we visited L’usine with our little one for a casual breakfast. Service was a little slow, not sure why since we were the only ones there. Coffee (one Vietnamese coffee and a latte) was decent but we were disappointed with the food. Croissants were a tad doughy and bacon & egg rolls were just not as good as last time (or maybe the other location?)
