This is a lovely course , very professionally made and looked after. We had gone at 0630 in the morning and Iwas pleasantly surprised to see it fully functional. Played 9 holes and the fairways and green are very good. Worth playing. We played on a Sunday the green fees are more. 850 Baht for 9 holes and 1500 for 18. Caddy Fees 50000 kip for 9 plus tip.Wanted to play at Long Vien Golf Course but ran out of time. Considering the state of this Golf Course , Long Vien should be very good, by the blogs.

베트남과 같이 남자 캐디가 있었지만 여자 캐디로 바꾸었다. 그들의 리엑션은 최고다
페어웨이, 그린은 한국의 수준 이상이다. 팀간 간격도 넉넉하다. 추천하고 싶고, 다시 가고 싶은 곳이다

Very well designed and maintained course. One buggy and caddy per person! Caddy was very good and experienced. Saturday quite slow play since club is relaxed about pace so if you are in a hurry should tee off early.

The entry road and club house so huge very amazing . the design of the course are very nice but the fare way not to soft and very hot, price are a bit high compare to distance from the city

Unbelievable Clubhouse. It is amazing. Really good course. Greens were excellent. I have been a Pro for 20 years and played my first ever Par 6 here. Water down both sides also...great hole. Definitely a quality course and great facility. Recommend to anyone

On a golf tour of Laos and Cambodia. This was our first stop. Quite majestic entrance and excellent clubhouse.
Dont forget a change of clothes for afterwards. A cool shower and change is necessary.
My caddy was Kampai. Excellent job he did. Great on green reading and nominating where on the green to land chips. After 2 or 3 holes he'd worked out my distances and was offering the right clubs.
Greens are very slow and grainy. Very different to the Bent grass greens of Australia.
Plenty of water but don't worry, they have very generous drop zones.
No signature holes but far from boring. Our assessment was 7.5/10.
Beer very cold and most welcome.

Helt otroligt!
Första gången jag någonsin spelat golf efter mörkrets inbrott. Long Vien Golf Club, ganska nära Nong Khai Friendship Bridge. Banan var helt upplyst med hjälp av strålkastare, vilket betyder att vi kunde njuta av att spela sent in på den varma ljumna sköna kvällen i Laos.

The first time I've ever played golf when IT is dark. Long Vien Golf Club, quite close to Nong Khai Friendship Bridge. The course was fully lit by lamps, which means we could enjoy playing late on the warm, beautiful evening in Laos.

日曜日の早朝から 打ちっ放しに行って一汗かいてきました。
ラオスの道路のほこりだらけのところとは ちがって 一面の芝生で 空気も良いこの場所で清々しい朝を過ごせました。
芝生は充分とはいえませんが ちゃんと手入れされていました。

This is a beautifully manicured course seemingly in the middle of nowhere. They've clearly spared no expense on all aspects of the golfing experience and this is only the beginning.
Currently sitting at 18 holes, the plan to expand to 36 along with thousands of villas along the course is well underway. That said, they do a great job of hiding the construction while you're on the course.
All players are required to have a caddy which keeps the course in pristine shape and the holes themselves are challenging without being impossible.
This course is well worth the price of admission at just under a million kip for green fees, golf cart and club rental.
I look forward to seeing what the full construction looks like when it's all complete.

8 of us came from Malaysia played the course on the morning of 6 Nov 2014. Course is good, well maintained and quite challenging. We enjoyed playing here although the package is on the high side. However, we left with a bad impression mainly because the caddies were overly demanding on tips. Although each of us has taken a buggy with a caddy, yet they were asking for 100,000kips each although we have tipped them with a reasonable amount, which is the same rate when we played in any courses in Thailand. They were still crowding around our van with lots of conversation amongst themselves, which we could not obviously understand a word they say. The expression tells us it is not kind words! Big difference compared to the caddies in Thailand,who are always warm and thankful after receiving the tips.

Want to know if I can get an afternoon tee time on Dec 17, Monday and what the cost will be. Male, alone(don't mind being joined with others), handicap 15. Thank you. Also, I want to reserve tee times for the 15th(at Lakeview Vientiane Golf Club) and the 16th(at Mekong Golf & Resort). Do they have a website or a phone number?
