Nice tour, lots to learn about the japanese folklore.
I did the smaller tour and I wished that the tourguide would have shared even more infos. When the group asked him further questions (also about folklore topics not adressed by the tour), he shared so many interesting stories!

Our guide (Ron) was fantastic, knowledgeable and went beyond the standard itinerary. Food was authentic and plenty of drinks.

Shawn is a great storyteller. My wife and I were a part of the tour and had a great time. There were times where the stories actually gave us the chills. This is a must-do for all the scary story lovers out there. Thank you Shawn.

Very interesting tour! Shawn was really friendly and had good energy. The tour was tons of fun and we learned so many interesting tales while viewing beautiful, yet haunting, sights around seoul. I took my 10 year old and she loved it (she also likes Annabelle and The Conjuring). She keeps repeating the tales she heard on the tour~ I am so glad I found out about this tour so we could enjoy it. Recommend 10/10.

The tour was so much fun! Perhaps we misread the description when booking, but we didn't expect to learn so much about folklore. Our tour guide, Shawn, was funny, creative, told us personal stories, made us shiver and shared lots of interesting stories. For real, we both loved his way of storytelling. Unfortunately we couldn't go for the extended tour, but would def go for it next time.

Went on the weekday tour today with my sister, we really loved the tour!
Shawn is a fun and great storyteller. Genuinely takes an interest in the participants and you can tell he loves telling these dark tales.
Pro tip: Do this tour on the beginning of your stay. Because you will have a list of stuff you'll want to see and do afterwards.
Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Joe. The food selections were fantastic, especially the last location whose ambience was very unique with all of the WWII memorabilia. It was three of us, me, my husband, and my stepson on this tour. Joe was also fantastic company and had a ton of interesting stories about his time in Korea. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour!

Went for this tour on the 5th of March, it was a cold evening night however it didn't felt like that due to the tour guide being able to keep us engaged and laughing throughout the tour. It wasn't just a "ghost walking" tour as expected therefore was quite surprised when the guide went into the history of the palace and bringing us through a journey of different eras.
The small gifts given was cute and a nice gestures as well.

Shawn was absolutely incredible. His knowledge of Korean folklore and folklore in general was mesmerising. The tour was all things spooky, haunting, creepy, and everything in between. For any non-believers, the stories that Shawn shares will have you spooked and intrigued. Worth every penny and more. Thanks again to Shawn and the team for a great night.
