We had a 24-hour layover in Seoul on our way to Thailand, and we had Andy as our tour guide and driver for the day. It was awesome! We filled out day by walking through Korean markets (where he helped us find fun foods to try), going to Gyeongbokgung Palace (learned some really neat things about Korean history), and he even granted our group's request and drove by the LDS temple where we got to take pictures. Andy was knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend!

Just did a Seoul Tour with Andy that was booked through Epic Vacations. Andy was great and informative and very fun. He taught us a lot and even took us to a side trip to the LDS Temple in Seoul.

We went Korea by company trip. The schedule is set based on our wishes. We already enjoyed the trip. Without any intentionality to sell products for a commission. But if you want to go Korea around Oct, Everland is not a good choice because so many students here.
The tour guide - Sori Kim, she is cute, we were surprise because she looks young and beautiful. She took care tourists very well during the trip.
The food in Insadong street is very good as well.

Irene was our English-speaking tour guide on a recent trip to Busan, South Korea where we planned to do private tours in each of Seoul, Busan and Jeju. Irene reached out to us about a week before the trip to introduce herself, confirm our itinerary and make suggestions about other things she thought we might enjoy. Irene was super flexible about the hours each day and about making changes throughout the tour as we had a tendency to overschedule and then had to regroup on an almost continual basis. Our group also had a medical emergency while in Busan and I can truly say that Irene being our tour guide was a godsend in dealing with a very difficult situation. I can’t say enough good things about the fantastic knowledgeable tour guide Irene was and the incredibly kind person she is.

We had a 3-day private tour on 7-9 February 2020. Our Tour Specialist was Matt. Whilst we had a pre-agreed itinerary, I was grateful for Matt’s creativity in making the changes because it allowed us to have a better experience as tourists. As the DMZ tour was not available, the closest we can have this experience was a trip to the Odusan Unification Tower. We really enjoyed the flexibility. We also got to eat at very good local restaurants. We are now a big fan of Korean barbecue! As my elderly parents had difficulty in walking, Matt was considerate in planning our activities without compromising on the tour experience. Matt even went out of his way to help us get a copper grill from the resto we dined in twice and also got us the Korean face mask (N95 version), which my Mom liked.
The visit to Insadong was special as we got to try beautiful and authentic Hanbok costumes (which my parents enjoyed!) and got our own stamps/chops made as souvenirs. We were also thankful that we got to hear mass at the Myeongdong Cathedral. It was a very pleasant addition to our itinerary.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and learned a lot on Korea, its history and culture from Matt. Since we’re from the Philippines, we love it that Matt knows a lot about our country. Thanks, Matt! We had a wonderful time. Thanks also for the great photos!

My family and I travelled in Korea this Winter season (January 2020). I inquired with Albert way back in August 2019. He was very helpful in providing advise about the best spots to enjoy our winter visit. We had a lot of communication in terms of the number of days and the fees but he was still very accommodating. Our assigned tour guide was Matt Cho. He is the BEST!!!! It was only two days but had fun like it was a week. He surprised me when he brought us to the filming locations of BTS and Goblin just because he found out I was a fan. That was not part of our itinerary but he included it. We also got a lot of discounts because of him. Very good in English and very informative! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Please book Matt Cho! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Korea is one of my dream destination because i love to watch Kdrama. It was really a memorable trip not only because of the beautiful places, great food but the kindness and bubbliness of our tourist guide. She made sure that we will never forget our trip. We really had fun. Thank you for welcoming us. Definitely will book them again on our next visit to Korea. Saranghae Unnie.

This was my second time using This is Korea Tours and I have always appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of this company. Albert and Grey are very communicative in helping my group set up a driver. I had a great experience using This is Korea Tours and would highly recommend using them if visiting Korea. Thank you for your interest. There is an extra cost of 50USD to start and end the tour at the airport. There isn't an option to add in the booking. You will pay the 50USD to your guide.
