First time to KidZania! Decided to bring the kids during this march holiday. Was so fun for my kids. I love how coordinated the firefighting, press and police units are! So hilarious to see all three gathered at the hotel on fire.. making it seem like there’s really something big going on! It’s such a great way to expose kids to different jobs. My sons loved the soccer but also fell in love with Dj-ing, police job (interrogation), gaming. A lot of kids also liked the shoppee delivery job and was so cute seeing them run around with the trolleys. The staff were all engaged and good too! Really cool and we may come back in June holidays! I saw alot of negative reviews of this place but it’s really quite good and improved! Do come and try! (Not sponsored! We paid our own)

Great experience for the kids. We went on a Thursday afternoon on a school day, so the place was pretty empty and mostly to ourselves! I can image it would be very different if it was busy. Extremely well maintained and staff were very helpful. Entry was a bit more expensive than we thought (I think adult tickets should be a lot cheaper)

Very expensive (we paid $120 per kid) compared to other activities in Singapore for kids, and other Kidzania centres across the world. Lots of varied activities for kids and much bigger than other centres. Some activities were limited to certain timings. Some activity guides were not fully engaged with kids, whereas other were very good. Overall, really over priced for what it delivers. Although it was not busy, there was a shortage of staff...some looking after more than 1 activity. Clearer information required on paid activities.

I had heard very good words about the concept kidzania that does not exist yet in Greece. We visited it on New Year's Eve. Although the concept is good, you need the right people to support it. Maybe teachers should work. Here few employees did their job right. Most were bored and were not interested in the children. It's not worth the money you give -- at least in Singapore.

Very bad experience.
The staff is inpatient, no friendly expression.
Base on the t&c kids have to queue themselves however, when we are there. Most parent is queuing. I still make my kid queue, but the adult squeeze him out from the queue. I spoken with the staff their staff tell me very normal.
Then what for you put into company policy and staff did not need to follow.
Very bad experience and not worth paying 130 for the kids at all.
From what I feel should be quite lack of staff..

It was our family first trip to Kidzania, thankfully it came back after closing once due to Covid as we have not try it before.
PROS:
I think the different job roles are engaging and fun for the kids and they enjoyed them as well. Staffs were mostly friendly and took time to explain to the kids the necessity to perform in the role.
CONS:
Not all the staffs were present at their station when we went it. For e.g. the Laughing Cow cheese station was empty when my boy and I visited, he was keen to try out that role but as there wasn't anyone there we gave it a miss to go for other station. And by the time we came back, there was already a group in there. In the end we went for other stations rather than wait for our turn.
Secondly, whilst I understand the rate to pay for kids as they are the ones mostly being engaged, I don't quite understand the high price required for parents for the entry fee. As parents, we are not allow in any of the activities or stations, and were mostly there to look after our children, I don't find that the rate commensurate with what we are getting out of it as a whole. We still have to pay out of our pockets for some of the activities like pizza, burgers and bubble tea making etc.
Thus I don't think it warrant a 5 stars in general thus only gave a 3.

I am writing to share our disappointing experience at your center today, which was our first—and unfortunately, our last—visit. We came with the hope of creating memorable moments for my child but left feeling frustrated and disheartened.
Upon arriving, we were not given a briefing on how the center operates, which left us somewhat lost and uncertain of what to do. Although some of the staff we encountered were friendly and informed us we could go to individual stations for different work experiences, the lack of guidance made navigating the space confusing.
When we reached the SCDF station, my son expressed excitement about participating. However, there was no staff present at the time, and we were unsure of how to proceed. We waited and looked around for help, but as no one arrived, I decided to help my son put on the uniform, thinking it might signal our interest in the activity.
Suddenly, a staff member entered the room and, rather than offering assistance, immediately accused us of taking the uniform without permission and harshly reprimanded us for sitting inside. Her manner was hostile and abrupt, leaving both my son and me shocked and uncomfortable. If we had been aware of the procedures, we certainly would have followed them. Our intention was simply to engage in the experience, not to be reprimanded or embarrassed.
We came to KidZania to create special memories, not to feel criticized or out of place. I would appreciate it if your team could focus on providing clear guidance to first-time visitors and fostering an environment that is welcoming and supportive. Thank you for taking the time to listen, and I hope this feedback helps to improve future experiences for other families.

WHEN:
Visited during the summer holidays, which was when most local kids are back in school. Therefore, there were only around five to 10 children with their tourist/expatriate families, so there was no queue at most stations. Imagine this newly reopened attraction will be more crowded during school holidays and weekends. Not sure if the lull period/lack of staff was the cause, but it seemed some stations e.g. Straits Times (adios, print media) were closed.
HITS:
- some brands and jobs were "uniquely Singapore" and not just makes this KidZania more unique compared to those in other countries, but also more relevant to the kids
e.g. suubalm (the station guide was so gentle and patient while teaching), the Intan Museum which introduces Peranakan culture, Airtumtec which teaches about microbial bacteria on surfaces, Sustenir's urban hydroponic farming, etc.
- some staff were really professional and fun e.g. the two staff at fashion academy taught and hosted a cool fashion show at the H&M theatre, the radio presenter guide told many jokes and totally perked the kids up, the Canadian Pizza and the milk tea stations helped the kids learn about the ingredients and efforts of making delicious pizzas and milk tea - which they get to enjoy!
MISSES:
- while there were professional station guides/ staff, there were also some less professional ones
e.g. some chided our younger kid who didn't understand certain instructions
e.g. some staff were simply not at the stations they were responsible for and there were many "open-for-business-but-unmanned stations" - often having to hunt down the station guides by asking the neighboring stations' guides... only to find them chatting elsewhere and not manning their own stations.
- After a growingly wearisome day of constantly having to hunt down AWOL station guides in a ghost town, the last straw was when we asked a station guide politely to please run her station as there was enough time for one last play. We were rebuffed, rather dismissively, twice, as the guide prioritized tagging along tantrum-throwing foreign kids who were at a store, literally being placated by numerous helicoptering staff and snowplow guardians.
So the final yet unforgettable, dreadful life lesson our kids learnt from Kidzania Singapore was - that the entitled are the ones who get priority service in the real world, while the polite locals will just... be snubbed at by deserters of their posts.

Kids below 8 years must be accompanied by a parent so only if you want to see child doing activity and take some picture then you can join otherwise would suggest to let your child go alone inside if you dont want to waste your money buying adult ticket.

Regarding the long waiting time for each popular role play is really not good. Malaysia Kidzania had implemented a good change which its benefits all kids. There are 6 popular role plays activities (pilot, fire freighter, police....) needs advanced schedules booking on that day. A scheduled session sticker will be given to the kids. Kids only come back on the scheduled session. I will only consider to visit Singapore Kidzania if Singapore Kidzania implement the similar change like Malaysia Kidzania.

Yes, it a time schedule sticker to stick on kids shirt. The activity also start on time. Kids need to be at role play station to queue for sticker. But, it's fast. Really hope Singapore Kidzania is going to implement this soon.
