Definitely not close to a bus stop, so recommend a Grab as it was tricky to find. Booked through Klook so got a discount but otherwise not worth it. Two choices of ice cream in most rooms, but unfortunately no more cheesecake at the last room! Staff was friendly and helpful, however, exhibits seemed a bit older, run down and in need of a facelift. Overall, cool experience but not great bang for the buck.

It was good, but expensive. Only go if you really like ice cream. The kids did love swimming in the pool of giant sprinkles though.

Not just for kids! We were two 47+ adults and had a great time moving through the rooms and tastings. Enjoyed it more because it was not too busy.

We read through on how much time we’ll need to spend in the museum before we went. It is estimated that we’ll have to spend 1-1.5 hours inside. We came in at 3pm and got the premium tickets. We were welcomed by the door staffs pleasantly and they told us to take our time in each stations because we can’t go back to the previous ones afterwards. So, we happily obliged. We played in the first station for quite some time because the iPads had some patterns that we had to solve. It was fun. We also enjoyed the second room where we threw sacks into holes and played with the claw machine. We ate delicious ice cream in the California beach inspired room. Then, we had a very fast experience in the next room where we arranged letters to put into words. After that, we went to the cafe. We had nice some ice cream and the staff was kind to tell us that we can get our free drinks from the cafe. We really liked the yogurt ice cream. Next, we enjoyed the bouncy clastle. Upon reaching the next room, we were asked by the staff to move on faster because of the time constraint. We had ice cream to finish and some spots to take photos with. So, we took our time finishing our ice cream and hurriedly took photos. The next station also looks nice but was explored for a very short period of time, which is just enough, anyway. However, when we entered the second to the last room where there was another ice cream booth, the lady staff told us that we didn’t have much time. She also explained the ice creams hurriedly. We would like to have a taste of one of each of the ice cream flavors. But, i can see in her face that she was unhappy. I, infortunately, even saw her mouthing something that looks like her annoyance of our presence in the place. I have observed the cleaners were also cleaning the rooms even if the guests are still there. She even told us to sit and eat, but upon sitting down, she suddenly shouted that there was only 7 minutes left in our time. It left us confused because it was not even 17:53 yet. The mop and vacuum machine were also placed in the attraction like i felt it’s inappropriate at that time because when i checked my watch it was just 17:10. I know that it’s Wednesday and the museum closes at 18:00. These staffs are in a hurry to leave work, i guess they just had to be RUDE. But, it’s not right. I also work in the service industry. People will ask for help even if it is three minutes before the clocking out time but i have to answer. It was just 17:45 and the lady from the last ice cream kiosk was already asking us to leave the sprinkles. We know for sure that we still have enough time. Is it because they want us to stay at the souvenir shop for 15 minutes? I don’t know but it was TOTALLY RUDE. We felt like they were rushing everyone out!!! It’s not really a best place to visit when you don’t have a whole day just to be inside it. People starts to get rude because they are in a hurry to be someplace else other that their work.

I was excited to taste the Ice cream. Not much of ice cream, unless you have premium tickets. Not worth the time or money.
You don’t have Choice to choose what you want. Basically they have rooms with little activities and 2 types of ice cream of their choice.
No demo or history of Ice cream. Just 5 rooms, each room has 2 types of ice cream and little kids activities.

Something very different to see - back to the old retro days. Each room was set up differently with 4 ice cream stops that were included in the price of entry. And very PINK. Great for kids and young at heart adults.

This place is specially for kids. If you have small & young teen, you should definitely visit this place. They will enjoy every bit of 12 different types of ice creams plus the activities.
Prices are highly charged, thus adults can avoid if kids are old enough.

Almost retired, not value for money.
Visited during September with young children. Ice creams were tasteless. Not worth for 40+ dollar.

Let me start this review by saying DO NOT WALK FROM THE BUS STATION. Don’t do what we did. Hahaha. We thought it wasn’t far (and it wasn’t really but it was hot), but it was uphill. Definitely just take a Grab to get there.
I got my mom a timed ticket for later in the afternoon and we just tried our luck to see if they would let her in earlier, and they did! I got in for free because it was my birthday week. All in all, getting in was seamless.
The have an orientation before letting you in where they tell you that there are 5 rooms with unlimited ice cream, but you can’t take the ice cream into the next room. You have to finish it in the room you got it from. Also, you can’t go backwards. So unless you’re sure you’re completely done with a room, don’t move forward because they won’t let you go back.
You basically get about 9 flavors of ice cream spread out into scoops, soft serve, ice cream bars, wafers, and cheesecake. Overall, not a bad selection! I like that they also give you local flavors that you probably won’t find in the other MOIC locations.
This is a great place to bring your kids, your influencer friends, and overall a fun time for everyone in the family.
