Secondly I would like to apologise for the failed tour. As I'm sure you're aware there was a communication error where the landowners misread our email and as a result the gate was left locked. I'm really sorry you didn't get to see the penguins as we planned. If you would like to request a refund through viator of course we will accept. Also on the off chance you ever do get down to the Falklands again we would offer a free 2hr tour of Stanley and the beaches and penguins as an apology! I’m also sorry that the guide was not suitable for you. We like to offer more than just tourist information and want you to gain an understanding of the Falklands way of life, by doing so we offer personal trips by people who have lived here in the Falklands their whole lives and who are passionate about life here. Fran takes a lot of pride in her trips and really enjoys meeting people and although we were let down on this trip I’m sure you can vouch for how much she cared about Falklands Outdoors letting you all down.
