most horrible place to buy cigars from, never seen a more unprofessional and disturbing behaviour especially coming from the co-owner of this place. If I owed a place Id treat all my customers with respect, but I think theyve never heard about that word before.

Terrible service, bad cigars. One of two girls that was working there was super rude. This was the first and last time that I was buying something from them.

very bad service attitude!!!! no possibility to buy and smoke cigars even they have a vip room for that !!! not recommended at the least!!!
מצער מאוד להגיע למקום מיוחד כזה ולקבל יחס ושירות משפילים שלמעשה לא איפשרו לנו לשבת בנחת במקום אפילו שביקשנו לקנות סיגרים, יחס של המוכרת מאוד לא סימפטי , יש לאונג עישון אבל אנחנו לא vip אז לא איפשרו לנו לעשן סיגרים למרות שהמקום היה ריק - פשוט לא להגיע !!! בושה למקום כזה יחס כל כך מגעיל לתיירים

La casa del Habano Belgrade is truly a smokers paradise. It offers variety of cuban and non cuban cigars. Offers a lot of rums/whiskeys aswell with some chocolate to go with it. Accessory range is wide from multiple brands of lighters/cutters to some special large/ small humidors. The inside of both the shop and the private lounge is just done with passion to every single detail. The staff was very helpfull

Зашёл. Увидел. Пусто. Цены странно большие для этого региона. Ничего интересного из сигар. Стандартный набор. Интерьер конечно хороший. Но ведь интересуют то ради чего заходишь. А этого нет.
Надеюсь я зашел кода все достойное выкурили, а нового не подвезли.
И цены - выше чем в Швейцарии. Хотя качество «Кубы» в Швейцарии на порядок выше.

Находится в стороне от центра Белграда, неподалеку от собора Святого Савы. Выбор сигар достаточно большой, цены низкие. Сигары покупал не себе, а знакомым в подарок. Продавец приветливый, помог выбрать - друзьям сигары вроде понравились))

I went there at summer of 2015 and lady who was working there didn't allow me to go inside and buy cigars. Some of my friends went there a few times and they didn't have a problem like this. Also lady was really rude. I went many LCDHs in Europe and i didn't see something like this.

Visited twice during vacation, on both occasions bought 4-6 cigars that start at $10+, lady that minds store behaved like being disturbed from something way more important than being pleasant to paying customers...

The interior of La Casa del Habano is entirely, apart from the humidor, is made of massive cherry tree wood, with gold-plated and brass detail. The floor, apart from the humidor, is made of Brazilian cherry tree wood. All the shelves and showcases are profiled, made out of massive cherry tree wood, with glass, gold-plated and brass details. All the locks come with a pair of gold-plated keys. Large billboards showing cigars dominate the showroom area, together with friezes and pictures with Cuban motifs. The whole La Casa del Habano space is enriched with glass and mirrors, thereby giving the space depth and making it bigger.
The furniture from the POLTRONA FRAU-ITALIA collection, with leather in various colours: red, blue, and dark green, with brass ashtrays and brass details, makes this an interesting space, that may appeal to not only cigar lovers, but all those who appreciate esthetique and a fine interior.
The humidor is made out of Spanish cedar wood, that provides the best care for Cuban cigars. Inside the humidor, the floor is made out of massive oak wood. The shelves can hold up to 50 thousand cigars. Here you can find some very rare humidor editions, containing very rare cigar series.
Apart from the shrowroom store and humidor, we have a VIP salon intended for club members who wish to enjoy cigars privately in a very pleasant ambient. The section that holds 50 private humidors, done in cedar wood with gold-plated numbers and locks is especially interesting. The VIP salon exhibits large scale photographs done by the famous photographers Roberto and Osvaldo Salas from Cuba.
