The day we went was not crowded.
Thus, easier to move around and get to play the rides multiple time.
We decided to sign up for the discovery ski school.
It was so much fun.
The instructor, Kumar, was so patience and helpful.
He always ensure our safety and importantly we have fun.

My son and I embarked on a snowy adventure at Ski Dubai, just the two of us. The resort's facilities were undeniably impressive - the snow park, ski slopes, and zipline provided hours of fun and excitement.
While most of the crew were attentive and kind, our experience took a downturn during the snowboard beginners lesson. Unfortunately, our instructor, Deepak, seemed impatient and, at times, even insistent. This proved to be discouraging for my son.
Despite this setback, my son's determination prevailed, and he eventually achieved his goal of confidently riding the snowboard. The journey was challenging, but the end result was worth it.
Overall, our experience at Ski Dubai was a roller coaster ride of highs and lows. The facilities were top-notch, but the snowboard lesson left much to be desired. With some improvements in instruction and guidance, this could be an outstanding destination for snow sports enthusiasts. ❄️🏂

Incredibile to have a ski track in the middle of the desert. At the end of the day is small And not comparable to the ones in Europe but is fun to try and weird feeling, knowing you are in dubai, skiing

The experience was nice. However, the issue with photos was very ugly. We paid extra for an experience with penguins. We were not allowed to make photos there. Only the photographers who work in ski Dubai. We accepted it. One photo costs 150 AED. We accepted that too. But we thought that if we buy a single photo at such a high price, we would at least get the other photos of our family in a digital copy. It didn't happen. We received only the one photo we paid for and the rest probably were erased. We had a very bad feeling. A feeling of being robbed.

Ski Dubai is fantastic we had a great day. Our family of 4 went for my daughter’s 10th birthday. She and my son had a beginners ski lesson on the nursery slope but my son was inspired by the experience to become accomplished enough to try some of the more challenging slopes in this fantastic real snow centre in the future. All four of us loved the penguin encounter that was included in our premium package, they are very well cared for and are absolutely charming little characters. We had great fun playing on the many activities including the zip line, toboggan run and tumbling down the slope in a giant snowball. Hot chocolates all round, all the snow gear was included and we were made to feel genuinely welcome by everyone we encountered during our visit. We will come again and I would recommend Ski Dubai as a great place to have lots of fun and leave with special memories.

Ski Dubai is a great place to visit with friends, family, or even solo. The skiing experience is thrilling and fun. The Ski Dubai staff is very friendly and helpful. The mountain-themed mall is a great place to spend a day or evening with your loved ones. The ski resort is well maintained and clean. Overall, Ski Dubai is a great place to enjoy the skiing experience. However, the food quality at Ski Dubai needs some improvement. The food options at Ski Dubai are not up to the mark. The waiting time at food outlets, and other activities can be a bit long 20-45min at average during peak hours. It’s not managed well unfortunately.

Spent and e you able morning here with my grown up so son is an expert skier (coaching badges etc). Our point of comparison would be Chill Factore in Manchester. Staff very helpful walking us through the online forms and kitting us out. We didn’t appreciate the point of the lanyard- it’s not for the lift pass but for mobile as the waterproofs don’t have pockets. My son said his skis needed waxing and gave too much vibration- he also didn’t like the thin socks which allow too much foot movement in boot but horses for courses as less able skiers like me don’t want to be concreted into the boots.
We visited early August and found snow quality very good- not like Chill Factore which rapidly gets iced.
The pistes are blue / green. Great for me as I am one of those not vey good, have my own way of skiing which works upto a gentle red - but I felt comfortable after the first couple of runs and my son was giving the show-off weave. When we went the slope was quiet, we like the two stages dog leg design which for an indoor gives a bit of variety and the proper chairlift is a plus.
They claim one of the slops is black- not really unless they are referring to the freestyle corner.
The paper ski lift bracelets don’t work and everyone is left clambering over the half closed gates.
We found the staff on slope were helpful
Due to covid etc we hadn’t had a chance to ski for a few years so completely enjoyed our dessert experience- big plus is how easy it is to get to being located in one of the main malls

All’interno del Mall of Emirates è stata ricavato un ambiente condizionato con innevamento artificiale per una pista da sci che è ben lungi da quel che troviamo ancora sulle nostre Alpi ma che è comunque una curiosità e un modo per imparare per chi abita in mezzo al deserto. La prima volta l’avevo trovata divertente ma poi ci si abitua all’idea.

It has been a while since we went to ski Dubai. The clothes they used to give were very thin and we had to wear something warm inside. Is it still the same case still?.

Hi, the time limit is only on the slopes. You can either have 2 hours or unlimited day pass. For snow park only its unlimited :)

They usually give warm clothing, so just wear casual clothes. Also bring gloves because they don’t provide them.
Any guidelines for visiting with a 2.4 year old toddler? Are gloves and caps available for them or we have to bring our own?

Jackets,gloves, socks, and boots are available for free, but I believe it will be too cold for a toddler.

You can indeed. I brought my own ski socks and gloves. I wouldn't bring my own ski suit as it would have taken up too much room in my luggage - but if that's not a problem for you, go ahead. Enjoy your trips
