Absolutely shocking service. Fridge ordered one month ago no update on delivery constantly claiming I will be called back and no call back. Wasted two days at home waiting for it. Will never shop there again.

We took the Metro to this mall to see the Iconic Ski Dubai. We aren't skiers or snow-boarders so we weren't interested in going in and paying to see it. We got to enter one or two restaurants, with permission, to get some shots and videos. The mall itself is mostly upscale shops, we aren't shoppers either. It was great for doing what we wanted to do.

Çok fazla modern yapıları olan lüx bir avm.Her türlü ihtiyacınızı giderebilirsiniz elektronik eşyalar çok uygun özellikle dyson.Giyim ve gıda pahalı.çevresindeki akvaryum çok hoştu.

Smaller than the Dubai Mall, but equally crowded of shops and venues, they have a nice Ski Dubai experience, I personally didn’t do it but it seems something pretty much peculiar for a city in the middle of the desert.

Just another Mall. Great to walk around. Plenty of places to eat. Wear comfy shoes. Its a safe place, but you still need to be vigilant with bags.

Nicht ganz so groß wie Dubaimall aber nicht weniger beeindruckend. Du kommst aus 35 Grad im Schatten in die Mall und dann fahren die da drin bei -2 Grad Ski in der Halle. Zum Einkaufen etwas günstiger als in der Dubaimall, auch hier sind es über 500 Geschäfte. Wenn man will kann man hier viel Zeit verbringen.

As a shopping mall I am sure it has all you need and more but as an experience to be undertaken it is quite awful.

I understand there is free luggage storage at the customer service desk at the mall of emirates during opening hours, can someone tell me if this service is reliable and secure?

As other comments, some do some don't. Be very careful in the shops in the side streets off the gold souq as there a lot of copies & not worth the money.
