Amazing! Group of 12 friends went and had a great experience. Staff very welcoming and nice. Service was spot on. The food was unbelievable recommended to anyone that hits siem reap an over all amazing experience.

Great vibe on a Wednesday with the open mic night. Food is decent. The French barman has created a funky cocktail called Boom Baby (spiced rum, vanilla rum, pineapple rum, ginger ale). Super smooth - and a late hit of cinnamon from the spiced rum. Dangerously drinkable!!

J'adore ce bar/restaurant. C'est un lieu idéal avec une ambiance festive les mercredis soirs pour les Opens MIC. La journée c'est un endroit très agréable et lus calme pour y pour travailler. L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. On peut savourer les délicieux burgers, croques-monsieurs, salades et les desserts qui sont à tomber par terre (et bien d'autres spécialités bo-bun, Gyosa, Gozleme...) et le tout fait maison.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit à multi-facettes :)

Great music, amazing staff, chilled place!!! I love the board game selection there and the open mic night on Wednesday!!!! I got addicted to the cakes as well, and the appetizers......yummy!!!!!!:)

Very nice place for dinner or drinking, also have live music on Wednesday night, French bar but with a lot of choice of food. Love to come here with friends for a drink on Friday night.

My wife and I came here for a last night out before heading for the UK. We landed on International Music day (night). I can honestly say one of the best nights out in Cambodia in 20 years here. The music was varied and superb, great vibe, great drinks, great service, friendly and so much fun. Food was very good & well priced. Will definitely be going back for more on our return from the UK. Highly recommended.

If you're in Siem Reap, you have to go there, especially on Wednesday for the open mic!
All the food is so tasty, awesome Bo Bun, Burgers, french fries and Gözleme! Love it!

Le Harbour est un endroit unique à Siem Reap. Tout proche du centre, il propose une carte variée pour manger (burgers, bo-bun, veggies, croque-monsieurs...) ainsi qu'une floppée de boissons locales ou importées. Le midi comme le soir, l'ambiance sauvage plonge dans l'univers animé du rock garage, des tatouages et de la poudre à canon. Plus calme à midi, toujours animé en soirée, je recommande vivement sa scène ouverte, ses pintes fraîches et ses rhums arrangés.

Anyone know if this place is still open??
Maybe they're just taking a break for a few weeks - or don't bother to open during the daytime, or first half of the week?? - but there's no sign outside advertising temporary closure or limited opening times; it has the look of being shuttered for good.

Oli here, owner of The Harbour. The Harbour is indeed open from 10am until late night. Hours on the Tripadvisor profile are right.
Only thing to notice is that our TATTOO PARLOR opens from 10am til 5.30pm, and the PIRATE TAVERN opens from 4pm til late night. Soon, the tavern will be open all day: I will then amend the details. If you need further information, feel free to contact me directly.
