It first started with a morning market tour which showed us all those fresh produce, foods, herbs and spices although it was smaller than expected.
Then we headed to the beautiful, spacious and well-equipped kitchen.
Ketut is a super funny and interesting teacher. He taught us about the ingredients, chopping/ dicing skills, cooking the food, etc. He kept making jokes which made the class lively and he took pictures too.
Food-wise it was really really yummy. My favourite is the peanut sauce, we made it from scratch, the flavour and aroma is just rich and on point!! The fish and chicken were seasoned and grilled perfectly. Honestly the food was better than a lot of the food in warungs.
The class ended at around 12:30 and we had the E recipe back home to practise cooking Balinese dishes.
Overall a wonderful experience and I recommend friends trying!!

After pickup from our hotel the driver brought us to a nice place. There we became a welcome very nice drink and then started the Coocking Class. We learned a lot about the ingredients and how to prapare them. We made several Balinese dishes, together a complete meal wish we ate after the Class was finished.
One word to describe it FANTASTIC!

The cooking class was great. We enjoyed the visit of the market in the morning, the cooking and of course our favorite part was the eating.
The class is very well done, the cook master is very nice, and the recipes are interesting. We each had our own cooking station. We recommend this cooking class!

Cooking class consigliataci da un cameriere del nostro albergo. Consiglio apprezzatissimo. Abbiamo passato una splendida mattinata. Prima si va al mercato tipico a conoscere frutta e verdura locale, poi si cucina un menù completo che alla fine ognuno mangia. Lo chef è simpaticissimo. Esperienza che ripeterei assolutamente

Ketut is very funny and engaging. I like how he taught us balinese dishes. Very easy to follow and enjoyable experience! A must try activity in bali, worth it!!!

시장구경 후 시원한 웰컴 드링크로 시작해서 매우 환영받는 기분이었습니다. 재료부터 친절하게 준비해 주고 계속 옆에서 정리해 주신 덕에 매우 편하고 즐겁게 요리교실에 참여할 수 있었습니다.
완성된 요리는 양이 정말 많아서 성인 여성 혼자 다 못먹을 정도였어요.

I would highly recommend this class because it was very fun especially for my 2 young children! We (as a family) made lots of stuff all together and had lots of fun making it all. At the end we brought all of our fool to the table and then ate it all. The children loved the food and loved making the fool too. I would highly suggest for young children because they would love it. (Written by my daughter age 10).

If you can find a driver in Bali you like. Give them the pamphlet of the tour you would like to go to and get them to negotiate a price that includes them transporting. We have saved about 500,000 rupiah each tour this way.

A lot! - Don't have breakfast. The menus are on their website - vegetarian option available & they do give you a print out of the recipes to take home: Chicken with a sate sauce, sambal ulek, chicken soup, tuna in banana leaf & mie goreng. It's great

No you can’t pay with card, but you can ask the driver to stop at an ATM after they drive you back to your hotel. That’s how I did it. It was totally fine with them.

Hello!
First, I am sorry for the Lombok earthquake.
I will be staying at "Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport" from the 26th to the 27th of August.
And we will stay at the kayon resort in ubud from 27th to 28th of August.
In this case, can you pick up at the novotel hotel on the morning of the 27th and drop off at the kayon resort after the cooking class is over?
If I can do that, I would like to book 2 people in the morning class on the 27th.
