We really enjoyed the experience and bought some lovely dresses, shorts and shirts. Natalie and Bella were brilliant. Friendly and really knowledgeable. Would highly recommend

We saw this place walking through the streets of Hoi An and were immediately struck by the beautiful clothes on display. We entered and were greeted by Melinda who was super nice and helpful.
Although they were already full of customers and orders and managed to make a shirt for me and a dress with a shirt for my partner.
All it took was a fitting, they were perfect and beautiful without having to make any adjustments.
Melinda managed to arrange all this so that it would be ready in a day and had it delivered to the hotel, in time for our departure.
I highly recommend it!!

Apologies for the delay in writing to you. We had a wonderful experience at Yaly as my son had saved up for a tailored suit. He loved the experience and the suit and shirt look amazing! He wore it for a family wedding when we got home to England. Thank-you to all of the staff , especially Jessica. I am now searching for your email so that we can try and order him a suit for his 18th.Best wishes

I had the pleasure of visiting Yaly Tailoring during a group tour in Hoi An, and it exceeded my expectations! Our guide recommended this place, and I was thrilled to find out it was the same tailor I had read so many great reviews about. I had an image of a skirt I found online, which I knew would be a challenge due to its layers and the amount of fabric required.
My attendant, Tracey, was amazing from start to finish. She helped me navigate their vast selection of fabrics and gave expert advice on which material would work best for my skirt. Her knowledge and suggestions made the process so much easier. After taking my measurements and securing the deposit—all in the evening—they were able to have the skirt ready for a fitting by midday the next day.
The fit was almost perfect, but Tracey was very attentive during the fitting, making adjustments quickly and ensuring it turned out exactly as I wanted. The entire experience was seamless, and the quality of the craftsmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend Yaly Tailoring, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An!

I had a fabulous time getting my clothes tailored at Yaly! All the ladies were professional, fun, timely, and nice. Athena was my tailor and I loved her and would absolutely go back to her. I am so happy with my pieces. I thought they were well priced compared to American prices, but I think to Vietnamese I heard they were expensive. Again, I loved the experience and would go back!

This is now my third visit and review of Yaly Couture Signature (not to be confused by the other two stores). It was wonderful to be assisted by Jessica for the third time in 10 years!
She was so helpful with her guidance on my “Mother of the Groom” formal gown and my husband’s Tuxedo and five shirts. We visited each day over three days until everything was perfect and to our liking. Jessica then arranged delivery to our resort well in time for our departure. She goes above and beyond and is a real asset to the organisation.
Yaly are not the cheapest in the old town but you get what you pay for. We are very pleased with our clothes and they were exactly what we asked for.

A wonderful experience , Clara and Susan made sure that the garments we had made were perfect , delivered to our Hotel and exactly what we wanted .

Hello,
I'll be going to Hoi An soon and I'd like to get a dress made for my sister as a present. She's not with me though. If I give you her measurements and pictures will you guys be able to make the dress? I have the same figure as she does, I am just a little bit taller and she might be a little bit smaller than me. For the rest our body figure is very alike.

Hi! I've just been to Yal and am sure they'll be able to do this for you. Measure you sister's waist to shoulder, that seems to be a key measurement! If you're the same size it'll be fine.
