Wir haben uns für die "Nacken, Schulter, Rücken Hot Stone Massage" entschieden und es war wirklich toll. Wir haben zu Beginn auch noch ein Fußbad bekommen. Die Massage ging 60min und war richtig gut! Die Masseurinen wirken sehr professionell. Wir können den Spa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach für das was geboten wird auf jeden Fall sehr fair.

10월22일 오후 7시경 방문했고
마사지자체는 나쁘지않았다
마사지후 얼굴에하는 roller를 구입하려고
가격물어보니 직원이 280,000동이라고 했고
지불하려고 했더니,미안하다, 실수였다,
380,000동이다.라고 하였다.
실수할수도있다고 생각하며
지불완료.오늘 올드타운가보니 똑같은것
100,000동 !!!
심지어 네고가 가능해보였다.
스파샵에서 판매하는 물건이니 밖과
똑같은 가격을 기대한것은 아니지만
이런 가격에 영수증도 주지않는곳이라니.
사장은 반드시 해당직원에게 재확인할필요가 있다
다시한번 사장에게 직접 물어보고싶다
그것이 정말 380,000 동에 판매되고 있는지.

My partner and I came here twice this week and the 2 experiences could not have been so far apart. The first visit was excellent with great service by front desk and a wonderful massage was given by Lily.
On the 2nd visit, I requested Lily’s service again but was told No without any explanation why she was not available.
The masseur who treated me the 2nd time looked very young and was not wearing a name tag or the spa uniform. The massage given was the absolute worst and unenjoyable experience I’ve ever had. This young girl was not attentive or even mildly competent in any massage technique. She used one hand for 90% of the time and the head massage given at the end was like hair pulling mixed with scalp pinching.
To top it off, front desk receptionists were quite rude and we were not offered any drink or towel after the massage (which was given previously).
I did not even receive an apology when we pointed out the poor massage and service.
This place has great potential, but the service should not go from 10/10 one day to 1/10 the next.

Beautiful spa - just as pictured. Extremely clean, modern, new, and the services were spectacular! Definitely a must-go and we preferred it over other very popular spas in Hoi An!

I have visited a lot of spas in SE Asia & this has to be up there with one of the best. You are taken care of from the minute you walk through the door. They have thought of every detail! The premises is absolutely stunning & the staff are lovely. There is a comprehensive form that you fill out ensuring the perfect treatment. Highlights were the lovely herbal foot bath at the start of each treatment & the lovely refreshments at the end. I can’t wait to visit again on my next trip to Hoi An.

In realtà non posso recensire la spa, perché non ho avuto il piacere di accedervi. Ce ne siamo andati totalmente innervositi dalla maleducazione della receptionist, che dopo averci fatto bruscamente sedere per scegliere i trattamenti, ci ha interrotto molto sgarbatamente tre volte, mentre stavamo esponendo quello che avevamo individuato. Sembrava avesse fretta e zero voglia di seguirci.Ci ha trattato malissimo, per poi dirci che aveva solo spazio per i massaggi,mentre per gli altri trattamenti era full.
Mi sono fatta l'idea che probabilmente non siamo sembrati abbastanza facoltosi, nonostante avessimo scelto 5 sedute, altrimenti non me lo spiego.
Comunicazione pessima.

Da evitare leocale molto bello ma personale impreparato. Sono entrato che stavo benissimo esco con un file alla schiena e difficoltà a camminare. La soluzione per loro è farmi il 50% di sconto dopo che mi hanno conciato così.

Palmarosa Spa is truely fantastic. My boyfriend and I had a 60min massage which was fantastic. The rooms are extremely clean and staff very friendly. The treatment room was very calming and the massage was amazing. Thanks Ruby for a fantastic massage!! Would highly recommend.

Palmarosa Spa is a quiet, clean and relaxing place. The staff was very friendly, gentle yet possess strong professional hands. They offer complimentary water, tea, fruit - before and after. The medium strength massage was perfectly firm enough. The hot stones were delightful - somewhat sensual. That evening, I slept so well. Highly recommended.

I biked to the spa for a facial and scrub. I chose to not reserve as the day was so up in the air I didn’t want to have the shackles of a reservation. I had accepted the fact that I may not be able to get in as I hadn’t reserved. Just my luck there was a spot. The second I stepped into the spa I was in love! The lobby was cool and aromatic. My treatments (facial and body scrub) were carried out by the lovely Heidi. Unfortunately I was low on cash so gave a tip less than what she deserved. It was the perfect escape of 38 degree weather (felt like 48 according to my app). This place has an amazing holistic aura.

Our map on brochure that our clients uploaded is right and the map on GRS will show you the shortest way to our spa, it show you the way to our back yard, not front yard. In addition, Hoi An is a small town so you just can ask local people our address: 90 Ba Trieu St, they will show you how to get here.

do you have bodyshower,shampoo and toothpaste?:)

We have body shower gel and shampoo but we do not have toothpaste.
You can take a shower before or after your massage.
