A mall good for family with children, alot fo things for children to play like bouncing Castle, utopia, ice skating, rock climbing.

It's huge for Johor and the indoor skating rink and rock climbing are a bonus. Lot's of the usual mall shops. There's something like a pink market on one of the floors that sells cheap everyday stuff. It's a bit like a maze so be careful not to get lost. Too many shops can also be a bad thing so decide where you want to eat before coming.

So i was with my friends we were about to watch the movie called ' Birds Of Prey ' i didn't know that the movie is only for 18 years old and a above but then when i enter the cinema i got kicked out because one of the cinema staff ask for my ic and what year that i born so i just take out my ic and pass it to him then i kena kicked out because im not 18 i know it's my fault but the thing is i don't get a refund for that, i just bought the tickets i pay 45 ringgit for that ticket . I am so dissapointed that i didn't get a refund from the company. So me and 3 friends were pity on me then we all didn't go to the cinema to watch the movie so we left the place....

jb version of vivo city . Everything under 1 roof . The usual shop mix. Good to spend a laz 1-2 hours here

最大的購物商場（至少目前）。全新的。寬敞的空間和高高的天花板 - 感覺寬敞。有很多商店（例如服裝店，配件，玩具，電子產品，手機）和餐館。有許多受歡迎的品牌。不過設計精品店不多。還有一個滑冰場和一個大型電影院。的確值得來走走。

Came to these mall just to look for Smiggle outlet. Even can go for ice skating here. Variety of Cloths brands, foods and drinks can be definitely found here. Can drop by and see anyime.

We visited in the afternoon. Spent about 3 hrs there.
Pros: quite clean, spacious and there was quite a number of kid-friendly stuff to explore. including an ice staking rink.
cons: its all the usual suspects of retail and F&B shops. nothing special where you cant find elsewhere

Newly built mall, quite clean and comfortable for a good shoppinf experience. Alot of food options here as well.

went for a full body massage and i told the masseur that her massage was too painful yet she still continued to massage with the same strength despite telling her afew times. my back and my shoulders became extremely swollen and i can barely move them as it hurts a lot. masseur’s skills were terrible and she seems untrained. unprofessional.

Hi may I know if coming from Singapore is there a shuffle bus from Ang mo kio or bishan intercharge. I read online use to have. Wonder is it still operating and where to get the tickets? Also how much is the charges now?

My suggestion is better you take a grab and the cost is cheap and you can also save your time.

I just read your feedback on Tripsadvisor on Paradigm mall that there is free wifi there.
I was there last year also but could not access any wifi there and had a lot of difficulty getting a grabcar.
Can you remember where in the mall can we have access to free wifi?

I would suggest you use your mobile data instead of wifi as it is not stable. Grab car is easy in JB. I’ve no issue getting one from various Malls.

Hi Steph, i am not too sure as well. I stayed in Granada Hotel which is about 10 mins drive (or less) to Paradigm Mall. Hope it helps.
