We went and book as a couple at 8 . Fix massage at 11. 15 Was there early as mall was closed but waited 45 mins since we came . However after waiting for over an hour and hit out time slot . No room was available for us and the my couple friend. Told us to wait another 7 mins still no room and again for 25 mins . We choose not to wait . They insist payment made in full when we booked yet . They cannot honor thir obligation . Do not use this company services . Service sucks

Decent place for relaxation. The price was reasonable. Slightly on the higher side since the mall is visited mainly by Singaporeans. Otherwise masseuse was professional. The massage was relaxing and rejuvenating. Recommended.

I want to highlight about an incident that happened yersterday (19 September 2023) at the D Asia Outlet at KSL mall. I was sexually violated by an old female masseuse and I want to caution anyone who decides to go to watch out especially females. I have went to the outlet before for their lymphatic massage and I decided to head back as their massage was not too bad at a decent price. However, it was a big mistake.
This time I had a different masseuse. I had an elderly lady massaging me. I understand that the lymphatic massage requires me to be naked less my undergarment. However the problem started when I had to turn around with my body facing the masseur. Without my consent, she started massaging my breasts, pressing and rubbing my nipples. I was taken aback and immediately asked her if that is normal and she kept repeating that she wants to check if there are lumps. Throughout the whole process, however, I felt that she was taking advantage of me under the pretense of giving a massage. I was beyond shocked and uncomfortable, thinking if this process was part of a lympathic massage and hence I kept mum about it. Only when I went back and researched that no masseuse should be allowed to massage private areas, then I knew I had been sexually violated. Unfortunately, this isnt my country and I am unable to press charges. Hence this post is to send awareness to all females or males to avoid this elderly masseuse if you were to go D Asia for a massage. I hope that D Asia will do something about this because it is a horrible experience for anyone to go through.

My first massage experience!! Front of house staff is friendly and welcoming, massage therapists do their job well. I had a 30 min foot and shoulder massage, super super pleasant experience. The ambience is very relaxing, with calm and soothing music that is not too loud. Place is dark enough to nap at while you receive the massage. There’s a big screen/projection (didnt really notice cuz I closed my eyes) where they play movies. The foot massage was so damn shiok. The massage therapist wiped off the oils after the massage so it doesn’t get very icky.
The chair that I sat on for the shoulder massage wasn’t very comfortable though, maybe because of the height of the chair/ the hole where we fit our faces into. Nevertheless, the shoulder massage was so good it overtakes the slight discomfort when your face gets pressed into the chair holey thing.
After the massage, we are moved to another corner where we can enjoy light snacks like butter marble cakes and have some hot honeyed ginger tea. Such a good overall experience. Definitely a good place to go to if you wanna take a good rest and relax after shopping!

Asked any slot available, the guy told us on the spot that there is 3 slots. Told him that one of us going to toilet and I was standing at the counter but when my friend came back and was told sorry no more slots. Told us that we never confirm and it seen to be our fault for never confirm with him. What a lousy service, you should told us to confirm and need to pay upfront for the money. Totally pissed off with this kind of service, never ever come back to this place again.

Tried a few massage places in KSL and this is one of the nicer ones. The decor is v grand, we tried foot massage RM49 for 60min, it’s good and after that, there is a nice area to sit and drink tea and have snacks. They also provide lockers to secure your stuff but the key opens other lockers as well, I realise. There is free wifi but it is not stable so it’s hard to connect. Else I would give this place a 5* since some of the massage places don’t provide wifi.

My family paid 5RM more for a VIP room, overall very comfortable. With movie screening while you having your massage but volume is soft enough for you to have a restful nap if that’s what you are into. The massage therapist are skilled and friendly. Will check with you if it’s too painful for you. After the massage, there are ginger tea served. Overall, a good experience!

Nice affordable massage place in KSL city mall. staff are very professional and courteous. overall, we really enjoyed the massage experience we had. we would strongly recommend it!!!
