Dear Jean L, Thank you for your interest in our tours. Our maximum weight limit is 120 kg. Your husband is within our acceptable range. Your husband may join us unless he has been advised by his doctor not to take part in an adventure activity. For peace of mind I would suggest you speak to his doctor and get his professional medical opinion. Hope this helps!

I suggest you call ahead to make a reservation so that we can be sure to have guides available for your group. We have 2 tours. Jungle Flight is roughly 1 hour. Thank you for your interest in our tours! Our tour is suitable for all ages. However, there is a short walk up some stairs to reach the first platform, about 100 steps uphill. Depending on your level of fitness this takes about 3 to 5 minutes. It might be tiring for your father if he can only walk short distances. We are happy to help and offer support as much as we can.

Hi there. Thank you for your interest in our tours. No, our tour is not suitable for a 9 month old infant. We recommend that your child is at least 100cm tall and 20 to 30 kg. Children who weigh slightly less have to zipline in tandem with one of our skyrangers on the 2 longest ziplines. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Dear sana s, Greetings from Umgawa and thank you for your interest in our tours. I'm afraid your two and half year old son will not be able to accompany you on the zipline. Our child-size harnesses are not small enough for toddlers. However, we can offer to babysit him in our office while you enjoy the tour. Several of our staff members are parents themselves and he would be in good hands. I hope this helps!

Hi there. Yes our tour is suitable for children. We do have a minimum height and weight requirement however the most important thing is that your child fits safely and comfortably in our child-size safety harnesses. Children below the weight limit will have to fly in tandem with our guides on the long ziplines.
