thác không đẹp, có lẽ đi trúng mùa cạn nên nước it. Nước ở đây mát lạnh, phong cảnh bình thường, giữ xe miễn phí

how many steps approximately for the lower level
as im travelling with a toddler so need to make up my mind

But take care the rocks there up are too much slippery

How long should we need to take if we walk from the car park to the waterfall?
Is the path to the waterfall walkable?

As above, you should be able to get to the bottom of the falls from the car park in under 20 minutes though there are a lot of stairs.
The paths are in good condition but you will need steady feet.
Walking frames and wheeled walkers would struggle. If able though, it is worth some effort to sit in clean cool water on a hot and humid day.

Are the waterfalls 'wet' all year? when we went to California we went in dry season and so all their waterfalls had dried up. we are coming to Langkawi in February? thanks

Langkawi is always dry and humid all year long. The water flows non stop.

How about going with young kids there?

Honestly I didn't see any kids while we were there. It's a lot of steps and a lot of walking so they may get tired and you may end up carrying them - just something to consider. I'd also recommend insect repellant and lots of water

couple of hundred stairs until the top of the waterfalls. I'd say a good half an hour with a few photo stops incl.
