We loved our experience! Little kids are free so it was only 1200 yen for us to go on. The most cost effective and fun thing that we’ve done in Osaka! Highly recommend (there’s also a Disney store in the shopping centre to visit before or after 😉)

Fun experience. We visited around lunch time on a day in June and there was no wait at all. Access through the Hep shopping mall - we followed the signs easily.
It was included in our Osaka Amzing Pass, so there was no charge.
Took around 20-30mins. There was lots to see across the city and felt safe!

We really enjoyed this! We spotted this ferris wheel from our hotel, and set out to find it. Especially enjoyed that it was air conditioned (it’s hot in July!!) and there’s a bluetooth speaker you can connect to for your own music while you ride. I would recommend “Summer City” by Tube for some good vibes. Take the elevator up to the 7th floor from the main Hep Five entrance (you’ll see a giant whale) and then you’ll be right there! During the day there was no wait time - we bought tickets and were able to go on right away. Probably about 30 min in total going around?
The cars are comfortable for about 4 people - it was great for us 2 with our shopping bags. Worth checking out some of the bargain stores at Hep Five too!

My kids loved this so much that we went back and rode it again at night. It costs 600 yen per person, but kids under six are free. It was hard to find, because the centre is undergoing renovation. The only lift that goes straight to level 7 and the Ferris wheel, is the one directly at the front of the mall. You cannot take an escalator there unless you take the ones near the hanging whales. There was no wait during the day, however when we went back about 8pm on Saturday night, they estimated a 60 minute wait. We waited about 30 minutes. Was a good, cheap activity.

Vue sur la ville. Le tour donne bien le temps d'apprécier le paysage, notamment la voie ferré en contrebas et le paysage urbain.

The people there were so helpful. I am travelling with my husband and my mobility walker. They gave us a gondolier for ourselves to accommodate my walker to come with us. Well done. We loved it.

I love the scenery when it's at the top of the Hep Five Ferris Wheel and you can see the overall view of Osaka city. The cleanliness of the cable car is very clean and equipped with speakers for you to install your favorite song while on the car. The price is reasonable and the purchasing ticket is easy.

Amazing view on Osaka!
Don't go if you're a bit scared of heights, because this is HIGH!
Went both during day and night, and both were amazing experiences, I totally recommend is you can go.

1週間前に「時空の広場」から眺めた梅田のランドマーク「赤い観覧車」に搭乗しました。

Good views from the attraction. Very quiet and pleasant. The staff were cordial and sanitized/disinfected everything.

There are two ferris wheel in Osaka, Tempozan Ferris Wheel and Hep Five Ferries Wheel. Which one do you prefer?

The hep five looks very good at night time it's all red that's the only wheel I tried in Osaka the carriages are smaller than the London eye carriages the feeling I think is the same which ever wheel you try the only difference would be the view when you are at the top I also notice there are wheels everywhere in japan
