Every 10minutes a train on a Sunday which I think was pretty good. They have a women’s only section which makes solo female travelers feel safe; however I felt that it’s a false sense of safety as it’s not being enforce which makes the women’s only section even more vulnerable than other sections. While riding the train, there were a few men who alighted and started giving funny stares to all the women around; and when a lady told them that this a female only section, they refused to leave.

On the 21st August 2023, had boarded the MRT Putrajaya lane at 6am from Damasara Damai station, and this will be the usual routine that i used to board the train for morning shift at 6am from Damansara Damai ahead to MRT Chan Sow Lin station, which the usual time it takes to reach MRT Chan Sow Lin will be around 6:35am, unfortunately for today's trip around 6:30am it still haven't reach Chan Sow Lin station but only reach Hospital Kuala Lumpur station which cause alot of hassle for me to report for my work which start at 8am, meanwhile appreciate if the management of Rapid KL can improvise the service or if any delay or issue with the service, please do report in advance before boarding the train and not only board the train, which we can go with an alternative option to plan on our routine for work.

What’s with announcement blaring away reminding people to mask up whilst at the station & on board the MRT train; there isn’t any proper enforcement taken & it’s truly absurd to have that recorded audio played over & over again & again throughout the day. With the prevalent of the new Covid 19 strains ; it’s about time that proper & serious enforcement be undertaken & penalize those flouting the regulation for the safety of others boarding the MRT services. As per hereunto is a photograph which speaks for itself & the auxiliary police are no where to br seen nor is any of the operational staff. These is a serious matter as your auxiliary police & operational staffs should come on board & intervene with full authority. As frequent commuter, we approach these people but they just glare at us & asked for our authority to get them to mask up. Why can’t EapidKL deploy their staffs to do this rather than having their staffs congregate at at certain stations gossiping away whilst on duty or they are just being too busy with their personal hand phone either gaming away or trawling on social media during operational hours. What’s the use of built in CCTV that you have on board the train? They could actually zoom in & identified these perpetrators for flouting the regulation.

PLEASE ensure proper enforcement of announcements on the PA system with regards to MANDATORY mask up. You can imposed a penalty against defaulter not complying to the rules set forth. Alternatively, make full use of the close circuit camera & make an announcement pin pointing the defaulters for not complying.

It’s horrendous ride as they kept announcing over & over again that mask is MANDATORY over their PA system but however no proper enforcement is being carried out. Even their staffs turn a blind eye on those violating the rules just because it’s their fellow Muslim brethren. As an American citizen on posting to your lovely country we too ought to be treated with decency. Not just glaring & abusing us when we pointed out that people are not complying with the regulations.
Please test us as a fair citizen as well. We are here on official diplomatic posting & not here to take away anyone’s job.

Very confusing announcement on donning the face mask as COMPULSORY whilst one being at the station and on board the train; there is NO enforcement on the rule as even he staffs in uniform blatantly disregard the requirements. Can we have a clear understanding of what is the supposed requirements? - Daniellia Costa

Travelling by MRT is a breeze. The train always be there once in 8 minutes tops. During peak hours it will be too crowded but manageable.Just take the next one of it is full.

I have been using the Sungai Buloh to Kajang MRT train for about 14 months now to get from my house in Damansara Heights (near Semantan Station) to my office in central KL (near Bukit Bintang station). It is fast, clean, reliable and during rush hours runs every 4 minutes, it is also less crowded than the other LRT / MRT lines in KL. A trip from Semantan to Bukit Bintang takes about 10-15mins & cost RM 2.40 each way.
Facility wise Sematan Station has 7-11 and Roti Boy outlets. There is no parking facility at the station although there is a large car park a short distance away which is serviced by a free shuttle bus service. There are clean washroom facilities at all stations.
The journey is partly underground & partly above ground (indeed elevated - with great views). First train is about 6:30am (I think) whilst the last train at night is 11:30pm.
A highly recommended commuter train service (apart from when it is raining !!!!)

クアラルンプールの公共交通機関です．KL中央駅から少し歩いたところターミナルがありますが要所要所をくまなく結んでいるのでいつでも混雑しています

さすがに新しい路線だけあり、駅構内も列車内もピカピカです。プラットフォームのパッセンジャースクリーンドアは、東京の地下鉄南北線のようなフルハイトです。

I am sorry unable to advise you but the nearby Batu Caves a truly wonderful place to visit.
Some great views, and the geology is quite remarkable too.
Public transport to this area excellent and the Grab taxi very inexpensive.
