Permenantly close before mco. I wish to go 24 hour spa but now hard to find if another recommend please recomment or pm.

We checked during Christmas week and there wasn’t much crowd to our surprise. The place has worn down a lot. We’ve been here a few times and the last was around 2 years back. Took the family package at RM600+ which is a 24hrs stay that includes body n foot massage. Also includes most facilities usage (karaoke, all day buffet, sleeping area, table tennis, gym, cinema, etc.)
Sleeping area are now free (individual sleeping bed separated between females n males), based on first come first serve basis. Used to have to pay RM10 or 20 (I forgot) just to have a place to lie down at night.
Body massage are good, foots one are just okay. Foods varieties aplenty (but nothing to shout about), turkey is being served as well during the time we are there.
Female spa area is the same, lockers area are here the moment u enter from reception area. It has got lockers, and u will be greeted by staff upon entry, showing u to ur locker and providing u a set of comfy clothes & indoor slipper to change. U will be provided a band to wear throughout ur stay which gives u access to ur locker. The staff will show u to shower area should u want to use the jacuzzi. This female has got jacuzzi spa, steam sauna, fish foot spa. Fish foot spa is icky as when I approached the small pool I can see a lot of dead fishes. They’ve added two exercising bikes (is that what we called them?) in the females spa area now. They’ve also added a few foot spa massagers (u have to pay extra for some mask n spa package). Necessities such as facial foam, toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer, comb, all in one top-to-toe shampoo, shower cap, body towels, face towels, are all provided in this area.
Things that we can do (FOC): Cinema, buffets, karaoke, gym, table tennis, cyber cafe, pool, jacuzzi spa, fish spa, steam sauna
Things that we can do (payable): Massage (unless included in ur package), salon, manipedi, dart games
Parking is available in the building. Take a ticket upon entry and pay during exit. The staff at parking exit counter is not professional/ honest though. When we exit he asked for RM20 just like that. When we demand for receipt, he paused for sometime and then appeared to be checking our ticket n then said RM10, since we came from Ossoto (Royal Kenko). We didn’t want to argue much after that, paid n left as RM10 seems ok for a 24hrs parking.
Heard from hubby & son that their male spa area is still good with huge jacuzzi pool (the reason we came).
Staffs are courteous and polite.
When we checked out our total bill is RM700+ (u paid for ur package upon check in, and pay the additional expenses u spent upon check out). Which we’ve to top up for some drinks, and tips for the masseur.
Worth the money spent? Probably not, but we came since our boy requested to come. Could’ve been to a better place with that money spent. But the perks here are this place is jz in KL (no long distance traveling), with all day buffet that u can simply walk in anytime (no need to drive around food hunting), n some relaxing activities that u can do (if u wanted to just relax indoor).
Improvement suggestion:
Not sure if they clean and disinfect the sleeping area and couches. They should do it more often n some of them smells.
Fish spa could use some help too to ensure dead fishes are removed promptly.
Smaller sets of clothes and slipper If can be made available, would be great for younger kids.

Opt for foot massage, Very bad male masseur, my fren is a lady and he kept touching her inner thigh, and push her leg open wide!! After we told him off only he stop but kept push open her legs, and there’s no foot massage at all but more like been sexually harassment. A lot of touching and no foot massage!! Beware ladies!!

Well, the front desk was generally okay and helpful. However , starting The Whole spa experience was more like , if you are not Chinese than you are not welcome. Brought my cousin who was visiting from China and she kept asking why the staff was so racist.
1. I had no idea I couldn’t use my camera inside, ind may argue that there’s a little signboard that says that, oops! My bad, as I had removed my glasses at the the time, so I didn’t even see it. However, instead of that Chinese lady to politely tell me, she brought another guest to tell me? Excuse me? I obviously told the guest that I’m not willing to speak to her because she’s not the owner/staff.
2. Not only that, but that same guest standing next to the staff member told me our time in the jacuzzi is up, and just wow, who is she? Why can’t the employee do the talking? Lack of English , no ! Because after that argument , where I had to defend myself , she started being more polite and turns out she actually does speak English.
3. Sitting in the lobby of osoto is like a criminal offense, I was waiting for my male friend who was in the males division, and the staff keep asking questions , like what’s the lobby for? Total turn off to keep bothering someone who is JUST sitting in a sofa.
4. Allocated a tip for the massage lady which I ended up not paying anyway Cos I felt like it wasn’t worth it. I treated two of my friends to this place , and got no value for my money.
-> there’s nothing like customer service. How a business treats it’s people matters a lot. Definitely not coming back!
The only good things I remember is the Malay lady at the locker, very kind.

I went to Ossoto at Wisma Mirama, KL with my wife and her aunt on 3rd Aug 2018. Facilities there are good but the problem is with the hygiene level there. We took the overnight package and paid extra for those sleeping capsule beds. It was horrible as i got bitten the whole by some bed bugs I thought. Later i found out that I contracted scabies from there. My wife and aunt on the other hand contracted ringworm probably from the capsules as the bedsheets are not changed after a customer has slept in it. I see a lot of customers complaining about being bitten by mosquitoes, bed bugs at common areas like the cinema and lounge area outside of the cinema. It was a nightmare for us and I swear that I'll never visit any Ossoto operated spas anymore.

I was been in OSOTO for massage two time, is not wow place but is good, staff uuuuum, not friendly, they are looking serious, anyway massagors are profession, they know how must be make your body relax . if you are looking for good price and something middleI I suggest you to try this place.

I chanced upon this place where I have a 24 hours layover before boarding my next flight. I was looking for a place where I can sleep, take a shower, eat some food and a comfortable place where I can work on my laptop. This spa fits the bill. I took the RM 128 package for one day stay at the spa and it works out perfectly for me. I have had a good time there. If you are looking for a place to relax, eat and rejuvenate before boarding your next flight, Ossoto can be the answer for you.

什么都要钱，百多块进场连吃个Maggi面喝气水都要另外收费而且也不便宜一碗，休闲娱乐也跟着要收费打一场pool都要算时间，128进场费连15分钟的按摩也没有…

This spa has everything that one needs. It is complete with all the facilities for a proper relaxation. Good selection of food and you can go for the 24 hours package where you can watch a movie, sleep or even play pool. It is definitely a good place to meet up with friends and have a decent discussion. The massages here are fantastic too. If you are looking for a place to pamper yourself, this place is definitely a good option.

We visited this place after hearing that it's like a must do in KL but I personally think it's just oh-kay only to be honest.
The layout is nice and the place is quite lovely but damn their receptionist and cashier are the rudest people I have ever met in the service line.
It was my birthday month and all I wanted to ask what the birthday special was about and the receptionist just said "pool game and drinks" and continued to play with her phone.
If weren't for the fact that the ambience and buffet food was nice, I would have totally hated this visit.
If you ask me, the base entry fee of RM78 only gets you the following for max 6 hours in total:
1) Buffet food only
2) steam room (almost all gyms have it)
3) sauna (almost all gyms have it)
4) jacuzzi (which some gyms might have)
5) Tiny workout facility which has 2 mini cycling machines and a bench.
So you are basically paying for a trip to a more well decorated gym where the lockers are spoilt (mine got stuck and had to be pried open)
If you want any massages, you have to pay at least RM60 for a basic foot massage. If you want anything that you see on their Facebook or their website that looks awesome, it's over and above the entrance fee of RM78 and can amount to quite a pretty penny.
Also, after the massage we paid extra for, they have a 'tips' portion in the service chit that you have to sign off before leaving the massage area. I personally don't mind giving tips as this was always a habit for me but they look at you and point to you the tips portion and make you feel like you have to write something there.... Very uncomfortable..
Will I come again? Only if I have amazing company otherwise - naaahhhh....

All are separated (sauna, steam, spa and shower) but in the same area. I could say that it’s Just few steps away 💁🏻♀️
