When you look from the street, between the two wonderful hotels (Astoria and Transilvania) you will see another building with an interesting architecture. This two-storey house was commissioned and inhabited by the Jew from Oradea, Salamon Goldstein. It was built in 1910, according to the plans of the architect Sztarill Ferencz, in Secession style and is located at the intersection of Teatrului Street with two others: Postavaru and George Coşbuc. The tower on the corner of the building (bovindou) symbolizes the stem and the rose flower. The house has a single entrance gate, which is decorated with the Star of David. It must be renovated to highlight its beauty.
