Friendly staff and excellent facility. We were welcomed with a complimentary rose tea drink. The massage was great, followed by a steam and shower to unwind. Nice and clean rooms and staff ensured we were well pampered.

Excellent ambience, I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the spa. Music was soothing too. The staff was very friendly & polite. I think my next visit to Mumbai with my partner on Valentines will be incomplete without a massage at Myrah Spa, Marine Drive. Highly recommended!

Visited Myrah Spa to treat my dark circles.They used a french Brand Biologique Recherche and I am so happy to see my under eye area after the treatment. They give such attention to details and suggest what is good for you. Visit the place to believe.

Facial @ Myrah Spa! … a 30 min drive from town but well worth it! The BR facial is to die for, as is the eye care & body polish And don’t dare leave without trying the back facial! Feel like a new person.

My wife and I get a spa together every few months and we tried our luck at this spa today, despite it being a little far away from our place. Boy, were we suprised! In the middle of Mumbai this place manages to create a spacious, quiet green patch - with top-notch facilities and great massueses. Would definitelt recommend the asian blend therapy to those seeking relaxation and flex from long days/nights in front of computers.
All in all - really loved the place and will definitely be coming back :)

We went for a couple balinese spa on our first anniversary. The spa was truely relaxing. They have a very good ambience. The steam and shower room is well maintained. Jacuzzi is quite overpriced. All in all a very good spa place located in Juhu.

A well deserved spa session at @myrahspamumbai .! This place is in the heart of Juhu ,yet once inside you feel you are far away from the city. Right from the reception to their massages and the staff, this place yells luxury. A must visit for people who want to indulge in some serious pampering. Can't wait to go back and try something else this time.

I enjoy & love Myrah massages. They have the best therapist and superb techniques. You have to try their signature massage. It is simply awesome. Superb ambience, nice relaxing music and feel in the massage rooms, excellent service and outstanding massage. They have some awesome packages that you can try out.

I had been to this spa in Feb 2017(my first visit), got three things done body scrub, a massage and a facial.Would like to talk about the facial. I got the "Rehydra" facial done. It was like heaven on earth , the best facial I have ever tried. I strongly recommend that. The Spa has great interiors , super clean rooms and bathrooms.

The spa is hidden in a building the it is a little scary and run down, It is not very visible and looks like a dump from the outside, One you get inside, it looks pretty much like any spa, with the same sounds and smells I am familiar with. I showed up at 11:00 AM with no appointment and had to wait an hour just to talk to someone who spoke English and could tell me what was going on, I thought of leaving, but it was so difficult to find and I was on crutches, that I decided to wait.Eventually, the manager showed up and let me know that she could not get a masseuse to com in for an hour and would have to wait. I found the wait very relaxing, because I was so tired.
Eventually, a technician showed up, I got a great 90 minute Swedish massage and would rate it as one of the better full body massages I have ever received. I showered, paid $58 dollars with a Visa and gave a $10 tip in cash (American cash) I got a bad response from doing so, but I know it was an appropriate tip, but they (the Manager) not the masseuse, told me of the hassle of exchanging currencies. I kept my mouth shut, but her currency was going down every week against the dollar, so I couldn't.t see the problem. I just left with my mind messed up but my body feeling much better.
So her is my review:
1) good technician
2) Fair price,but near the top end of the market
3) Good location (off Marine Drive)
4) Bad building and neighborhood
5) Customer service from the manager was terrible. She spoke in very negative terms after I was willing to wait over an hour to get a massage.
6) I doubt that the masseuse got any of the tip. I should have given it to her. She deserved it and got more in tip than she probably received from the establishment for the 90 minute massage.
7) I am from Las Vegas and know a little about the hospitality industry and since I have retired and travel to a lot of countries, it is amazing how well most do in customer service and in delivery of the product or service I am paying for. Good customer service can overcome a lot of other issues. Bad customer service can make an otherwise great experience......suck! I would give this experience a low rating for that reason. A better trained manager, with good Customer Service skills could make uo for a lot, except their scary location. This is why they do not put exterior photos of the location on their website. Oh well, I hope you got something out of this review.
