Cyril is a very good teacher and person. Spent week attending his classes and learned a lot. I recommend to try if you're in Calangute.

Did a drop-in yoga class at this place with my boyfriend, me with just little experience and him with none. Was a very good class also for beginners, the instructor gave good guidance. Would definitly recommend this place!

I joined Cyril’s yoga classes during a recent stay in Candolim.
I’m an advanced practitioner but Cyril was able to give modifications that pushed and challenged me (in a good way!) to get the most out of the classes and deepen my practice.
I’d highly recommend Cyril, who is clearly very knowledgeable and would definitely visit again when I’m next in town.

I like that we work in a sekvens so you after a few days remember what asanas you shall do. Cyril was a good teacher and he give all student a lot of personal help. You are open to ask questions and talk about personal problems.

I’ve been training into yoga for years and as I was in the area I tried this studio for my practice. Cyril is a teacher with deep knowledge that he is willing to share it with you . I recommend to anyone to try his practice and I can’t wait to be there again

Cyril is a fantastic yoga teacher. His classes are dynamic and spiritual. He is an expert at what he does and his encouragement and hsnds on adjustments allows you to accomplish moves that you never thought possible. I have visited his studio in Goa twice and one day would love to return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Cyril keep up the great work 🧘♀️🧘♀️🧘♀️

I did one Cyril’s classes a few years back in Goa and it totally changed my life! That class was the first time I ever felt truly connected to myself and in a way that I never felt possible, in a split second my whole life path changed. Safe to say I had a spiritual awakening and I have now been practicing for several years and have become a yoga teacher myself. That one class I took was a catalyst for my journey of healing and transformation.
I would highly recommend! Only wish I had more chance to practice and learn from him!

Я была на нескольких занятиях йогой в разных студиях в Калангуте. Йога с Cyril мне понравилась больше всего. За одно занятие ты входишь в такие асаны, которые и предположить ещё не мог. Моё тело было благодарно за этот опыт.

I did yoga with Cyril on my visit to Goa.
He is awesome. He challenges you and gets the most out of you.
With his guidance I managed to do asanas that I could not do before.
I would certainly recommend him. After the class you come out mentally and physically refreshed .

Thanks for your question. We don't have any Ayurvedic treatment right now. Before we have Ayurvedic treatment that was taken by one Ayurveda doctors under contract. That doesn't belong to Cyril yoga. But located in the same building. In future any updating you can find on our website cyrilyoga com
