Wowowow! One of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was swimming/snorkelling with Whalesharks wowwow!!! I'd wholeheartedly WhatsApp these guys that orgained it all for me. They've been fantastic from our very first contact and made it all so easy. Gogogo!

We did the whale shark tour in February.
Before booking I asked what the chances are to see them during rain season. I was told that the chances are good, only it might be uncomfortable on the boat if it rains. And that that is the only reason that people say that the dry season is the best season to see them.
As we don’t mind if it rains, we booked a flight and hotel.
Already when we arrived we heard from different local people that the chances to see the whale sharks in February are low.
But as we already traveled all the way to Sumbawa, we still went on the tour.
It’s a long drive (in total 4h in the car and 4h with the boat). And unfortunately we didn’t see them. Of course it is still nature, but I feel like I wasn’t informed correctly about the odds to see the whale sharks in February. The trip to Sumbawa cost us 2 days of our holiday plus the expenses for flights, hotel and the tour.
If we would have known that it’s not a good month to see them, we wouldn’t have made that trip.
I hope they will be more honest to customers asking about the chances of seeing the whale sharks.

Hello. Thank you for your riview. We are always inform that during the the end of December - to beginnin of march we are in the heavy rain season in sumbawa. That our platform who stand by in the middle of the sea can't counter the waves were getting too stroong.
We have inform and it's even we wrote on our page what is the best time to see whale sharks in sumbawa.
We have even closed to receive any bookings during the season. January - february.
As an we remember you have told us Let's Try. And we have just doing the excursions. That days it was big swells and our boat keep counter the waves.
Cause there is in 2 weeeks full of rainy and storm.
As we have provide all the informations, As i have said whale sharks in sumbawa are in the wildlife as we can't control them.
But if you would comeback for after march.
Don't pay anything, we are confident we provide you to cover cost for your acomodations.
Compliment Acomodation + compliment excursions if you don't see them during after march to november. We are even can trade to provide you a flight ticket as an extra.
We are that confident to ensure as an guarantee the trip.

This was a once in a lifetime experience and our guide Dandi made it AMAZING. We were picked up on time, stopped at a shop on the way to the boat incase we needed toilet or snacks. The boat ride to the location for the whale shark swimming we could sleep on. We saw 3-4 whale sharks and the experience was all ethical! There were 2 GoPros being filmed during the swim and we got all footage before leaving the dock. We were given breakfast with a variety of fruits, coffee, tea, and bread with jam. Our guide also was aware of my food allergies and made sure the food was safe for me. Dandi was also super social! Seriously by the end of our trip we had made a new friend and know if we are back in Sumbawa to call Dandi! Also on the way back from the experience we stopped for food which was a great local spot! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this day. So glad we picked the right guide!

We had the most incredible trip to see the whales sharks with Dandi at Sumbawa Holiday, he was very reliable and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend Dandi and his team.

Wow! This company has it figured out. The pick up, car ride, boat ride and whale shark swimming all went so smoothly! You will not regret waking up early once you get out on the boat under a sky full of stars with a comfy mattress and blankets to fall asleep on or just watch the stars and sun come up. Once arriving they let us get in the water at our own pace and swim for as long as we wanted with these magnificently huge animals. All together the day was a once in a lifetime experience. On top of everything Dhandy and his team treated us like family! We had our 10 month old boy on the tour with us and they treated him like their own. Watching out for him and holding him while my husband and I swam with the whale sharks together. They provided toast and chocolate, watermelon tea and coffee while on the boat as well. Don’t hesitate to book your holiday with Sumbawa Holiday Tour. You will not regret it!

Our tour with Sumbawa Holiday was amazing, we got welcome right the time we set foot in Sumbawa until the time we left. I traveled around a few place in Indonesia before by myself but this time I decided to go with a tour and it felt so relax not to have to worry about a thing! Everything was well-organized and on time, and Dandi (our guide) was so attentive and helpful with anything we need during our trip. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sumbawa.

The guide Dhandung was so kind and supportive, we have had so much laughters and so much fun. It was my best diving trip so far. The experience with the whale sharks was extraordinary. Highly recommend this diving tour.

The trip was wonderful!
Our guides have given everything to make the trip unforgettable. The tour and everything around it was super organized! The photos were great, the food, everything went like clockwork and everyone was happy!

We did with Sumbawa Holiday Tour the 3gg2nn tour based in Sumbawa, waterfalls and snorkeling at Moyo Island very suggestive and sunrise and swimming with whale sharks really unforgettable. Great organization and accompaniment of Dandi who also took us to the local Sumbawa Point of Sale and a local restaurant. We stayed at Sumawa Seaside Resort departing by plane from Denpasar. Excellent opportunity to see a different island and certainly less touristy than Bali.
