First day in town, it stopped raining and the sun came out so we took this trail which was right by our hotel. Great vistas and we saw seals on the rocks. Nice flat walk too.

Recommended and glad it was. Super huge portions, great outdoor by the marina seating. Local IPAs my husband like red 🦭. Lots of people with their dogs on leashes. Clean, good service. I bought a comfy sweatshirt and they had many sizes in stock.

Awesome paved trail for both bikes and walking!! Weather was beautiful around 75 degrees!! Trail is level and for all ages!! Highly recommend walking this trail!! Visit Glass Beach too!!

The trail os flat and easy to walk. The parking lot also has lots of parking spaces and restrooms near by. Stay away from the edges. They are roped off but still dangerous as the dirt is eroding,

The headlands was a scenic area for early morning walk. Though it was a foggy morning, the rugged coastline and waves were beautiful. Many birds were on the shoreline.

I believe Glass Beach is part of Noyo Headlands Park in Fort Bragg, CA, but I may be mistaken. Fort Bragg and Mendocino area have so many beautiful scenic area parks, and they all seem to overlap.
Noyo Headlands Park is 104 acres! There is a 6 mile trail that is very popular. You can walk, jog, or cycle on the trail. Different parts of the trail you will come across beautiful unique artist benches. These benches have each been uniquely designed by local area artists.
Simply a beautiful area to explore and admire Mother Nature!! Have fun, but please respect the environment! Thank you!

Great place for a walk & picture taking. It happened to be clear that day & warm for January. A bit crowded but it was the weekend.

The views are stunning, the headlands hiking, or the biking, or strolling along the ocean are all just a must see. Goes now from the Glass Beach area in Fort Bragg north and south with paved paths, or headlands hiking. It also begins in Fort Bragg near the Safeway just past. Every view is different and a must do on a clear day with views of the ocean forever and sometimes fishing boats too. Bring your binoculars to see when it is clear too. You will see birds, and we saw pelicans diving when we went. The rock formations are amazing, and the surf was turquoise blue when we went and clear water. It can be cold or windy but was warm and sunny when we went. It is easy to socially isolate but bring your mask required when you cannot. There are restrooms only at the beginning and free parking too. It is a must do while you are in the area and you can walk forever or a short ways.

There is a boardwalk above the beach and I think some paved path and the views are nice from the path. The boardwalk may be a little uneven so depending on their mobility it might be doable but not a lot of places to sit if they need to stop and rest.
