If you are weighing 95 to 100 kgs this osnot the water park for you bec lots of their rides wont allow u bec they have weight limits. Most of its special rides better go on splash island.

We come to aqua planet every time we are in the Philippines now as it is reliably the best water park for miles. I took my two daughters (6 and 14) and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff members there. Luckily we went on a quiet day so did not need to wait long to go on any rides.
Some of the rides need a certain number of riders and each time we queued, the staff members located someone to ride with us including a staff member where there was no one else waiting in the queue!
The lockers are excellent for keeping everything safe until you need them and the cashless system is great!
The water park is clean and does not feel dated at all and the swimming areas and rides are first class! The lazy river is where we spend most of the time, enjoying letting the water float us around!!

There are 14 attractions. The place is clean and spacious.
There are lots of tables and chairs, cabana, villa.
There are lots of lifeguards on duty, so you’re 100% safe!
The water is clean. The slides/attractions are well-maintained.
We enjoyed a lot! Highly recommended!
Cons: One entry policy. If you need to go back to parking area or exit the area, you need to pay for another entrance fee.
The food is not worth it (kinda expensive). Plus, few varieties/selections only.
Tip: Book online. Much cheaper than buying tickets on-site.
Plus if there’s a birthday celebrant, he/she is free for that month just show a valid government ID with indicated date of birth.

We went on a Saturday or a long weekend. we arrived at around 10:30 am and there were already a lot of people inside. a reminder to all to be there earlier.
entrance is around P1,280/person. 4y/o and below are free. but you really have to prove that your child is below 4. My wife had to present pictures of our 2nd yr birthday party last year before they finally believed that my daughter is less than 3y/o
Regular free tables are first come - first served (there's plenty inside).
Regular cabanas (P5,000) are good for around 10 persons. this is the recommended one since it is spacious enough and it has a ceiling fan to help circulate cool air.
There are also aircon cabanas (same size as regular) but they go for P15,000. quite expensive but it helps with the hot weather and there is an added layer of security because of the door. even with the price, these sell out really fast!
Now if you just opt for the regular tables, you need not worry about your things as there are lockers for rent (P250 each?)
The park is really huge! there are lots of slides (with varying levels), a really huge wave pool, a loong lazy river, kiddie play area (with wave pool).
The lines can get long in some of the attractions, but they also move fast so you don't wait that long.
A good point is there are lots of lifeguards scattered around the attractions. just the lazy river alone has around 8 lifeguards along the route. and they are really attentive. they make sure that guests are monitored whenever they are in the attraction. and another thing, if they say there is a weight limit, they follow that weight limit. my friend was not allowed on one of the slides because he is a few pounds above 200.
Onto the food part, outside food and water are not allowed inside. though they allowed me to bring in water for my daughters' milk (quite considerate).
they made sure that you won't have a hard time looking for food though. as there are lots of food places to order inside the park. from burgers & fries to pizza, to bbq rice meals.
the only "down" side to this setup is, they control the prices. yes the food is good quality. but they are quite pricey! P60 for a 500ml bottle of water? the lowest price for a 15-inch pizza is P900. I wasn't able to taste if it is good, but it looked the same as your pizza from shakeys. including the thin crust.
and most importantly, they do not accept cash anywhere in the resort. so to buy anything (food or merchandise) once you enter the resort, you will be needing a credit/debit card or good old trusty GCASH / PAYMAYA.
lastly, make sure that you bring in everything you need once you enter the park. My friend said that the wristbands they provide are good for one entrance only. if you go out (for whatever reason), you will have to pay for entrance again. seriously???

Overall, it is a great place to go for families or friends. great way to beat the summer heat.

Customer service is worse ever! For a theme park where they should be very accommodating and friendly.
Managers are so not friendly and abnoxious. You could be more cordial in explaining things rather than being so stiff and caring. You shouldn’t be a Manager.
We had a big party for my nephew with Villa and my own helper and driver were the ones picking up the food we ordered for 40pax to bring to the villa? This I don’t understand
This isn’t a friendly children’s theme park at all.

This was my first time in a water park. Overall, i really enjoyed the place. Although the place was packed even if we went on a weekday. It was super crowded and something we did not expect. There were rides which requires 4 people to be able to experience it. The staff could have been helpful if they helped assisted us in finding another pair, but they were not. Hence, we just decided not to. What a waste, right?
Moreover, i wish there were more options for people who are overweight. There was a guy who looked really disappointed with this because he could only go to 3 rides. So, if you are over 90 kilos, I would not recommend you going there.
The place was clean although some of the rides need a kittle bit of paint job, some looks dull on camera, and lastly, most of the staff were friendly.

Well maintained, attentive and super friendly staff.
Not allowed to bring food or drinks inside the facilities, but food prices are reasonable.

1st - park operates for only 6 hours with breaktime for some attractions. We pay 1080 per head so that is Php 180 per hour.
2nd - the Kiddie Pool does not support all kids of all ages. Our 7 and 9 years old are not allowed to use the Kiddie Pool with slides because of their tall genes. Initially, they said that the manufacturer's advice. Hence it is not sturdy enough??? They later said that it is for the safety of the kids. Our kids just had tantrums for not being treated as kids and not being able to enjoy themselves enough. Therefore, if you have kids taller than 48 inches, they can only enjoy pool waves and lazy river, not worth the money you will pay.
The manager suggested the spiral slide for them which is even scary for some adults.
If the kids are in tantrums, they also eat up your precious hours of being able to enjoy the adult attractions. waste of money
3rd - The strong winds uprooted the umbrella. The cylinder almost hit my cousin in the head. Another kid from another family was hit.
4th - can't go back when you leave something in the car. What is the point of this rule?

If by 4squad naman yung slide na sasakyan tapos magaan naman yung ibang kasama with less than 299kg combined weight.

as far as I know Aqua Planet does not require you to show any ID to enter

Yes, they weren't too picky about tops. You will have to take it off it you go on the loop waterslide, but other than that you should be fine
