Dear SAVVY Guest, Please make note, SAVVY is a completely separate brand from STORY Land & Sea. As we mentioned in reply we cannot refund you while you are/were seeking reimbursement from your insurance company. That said, we still would like to thank you for sharing your experiences with us and we, like you, regret that the Pandemic occurred. So many travelers were affected so close to their trip departure like yourselves. We were required to abide by the terms of our contract with our guests which, of course, addressed situations beyond our control such as a global pandemic. That said, STORY (who is the parent company of SAVVY who you were traveling with) made an exception and offered partial travel via future trip credit through the end of the year, which was a reflection of our outstanding Italian partners who also gave us partial credit through the end of 2020. We would hope you are able to reconnect with SAVVY and travel in the future.
