It was not a family enrironment..just inside the gatrs of Aquadica a sign at the bottom where youd mever read to states no g strings. Well all over the park were butless swim suits..it was terrible as my 10 year old son and i would be standomg in line on the steps for a slide with a huge naked butt in his face. There was so much porn i felt terrible id brought my son here. I talked to a managwr as the workers refused to enforce it..although their rules say no g string no buttless swim suits. No one there enforces this..maling it terrible for young kids..this is aweful for youmg kids to be exposed to this so close in their faces while trying to enjoy a slide..another lady took her family and left. I have anual passes and will never buy again. Its sad they cant keep this a family environment so we can have fun.

I will start with the bad. I feel like 90% of the employees there the day we went had started that day with ZERO training. They were pleasant but didn't have a clue about literally anything. We bought the dining pass and when we went and got our first meal one of the few employees that were knowledgeable at the register told us that whomever gave us our wristbands for the all day dining gave us all (3 adults and 1 child) kids bands not adults. Thankfully she was able to give us the correct bands right there at the register. We had stopped and got them at Guest Services in the front so who knows how the one person working there didn't know what color the adult bands were and at no point wondered why he was giving 3 adults and 1 child the same color bands. Next we rented a double lounger. When we got inside the park we asked an employee under an umbrella where apparently you can get help(?) whe we should see about the loungers so we did not take the wrong one and he had no clue where to send us. We aimlessly walked around looking for the rental desk which is almost straight past where this man was on the opposite side of that sand area. The food is ok...nothing spectacular. You will have a fairly decent wait in the food lines and if you plan on even one meal a day definitely get the dining plan because you are gonna pay that much even for just one meal and at least this way even if you don't get more than one meal you can get a drink every 90 minutes.
The good. It is a nice and clean (at least the day we went) park. There are a variety of rides good for older kids and younger kids. Yes, there were lines but I'm not sure what amusement park anyone goes to that doesn't. The lady and the man who showed you to your cabana/loungers were great. They have a plenty of chairs (even if you didn't reserve the loungers). We took our own towels so I can't speak for the rentals and we took no valuables so I can't speak for the lockers. We loved the (not so) lazy river and the wave pools. Again the dining plan is worth it because it includes an entree, a side or dessert and a drink every 90 minutes. Just the entrees alone were $10 each (chicken, burger, etc.). We did enjoy the park and spent more time there than we even expected. Overall it was enjoyable, just basically some annoyances that we didn't let ruin the day.

Aquatica is by far the best park we visited during our trip to Orlando. We visited towards the end of August and the wait time was between 12-15 minutes for the more attractive rides and less than 5 minutes for the others. However, I assume most kids were no longer on summer break. The rides at Aquatica are amazing, the tube rides were great for the entire family. I would recommend going early as some of the rides are on the opposite end of the park and unfortunately we were unable to do those 3 rides. However, we arrived at 11am and the park opened at 9am. The play area for the younger kids was also lots of fun, my 6 year old had an amazing time running around and going through the tunnels. However, for kids who are between 42" to 48" they require a life jacket so be sure to collect one when you enter otherwise after waiting in line you will have to turn back to get one. If you plan on packing a change of clothes and towel etc. This will require bringing along a bag. However, you will need to pucrchase a locker for about 30-50 USD depending on the size you select. I think there may have been an option to rent towels on site but we did not get a chance to visit that area. We only purchased drinks and snacks at the park as the time flew by very quickly at closing (7pm) we eventually realized we hadn't eaten all day ........that's how much fun we were having lol so we just grabbed dinner instead. Overall, my family had an amazing time and honestly we preferred Aquatica over Disney which involved lots of walking and longer wait time. However, we are from the Caribbean so we love the water and it kept us cool while waiting. There are also beach chairs around the park to sit or lay back if you prefer. Highly recommend this park there is something for everyone.

Parque lotado, sem nenhum controle no número de frequentadores. Mas o pior são os restaurantes. Não há qualquer conforto, comida ruim, preços exorbitantes. Banheiros insuficientes e sujos. Não recomendo.

I had purchased tickets before the pandemic and never utilized them after the park closed. I was so happy when I called and this company agreed to honor them. I was so worried about losing my money. I was very glad that the management allowed me to do that.
We really had a great time in the water park and actually spent all day there. The lines were really not that bad.
The only things is that patrons are not allowed to bring in outside food. However, there are not a lot of options for people with gluten allergies. Luckily we found barbecue ribs and chicken salads. We will definitely return.

Beware when purchasing annual passes on a monthly payment plan. It auto-renews without an opportunity for a refund. I wonder how many customers they take advantage of by using this sleazeball tactic?

Acquatica rented cabana as we are 2 handicap adults plus 1 swnior and they won't let us change 2 children chairs for
a lounger. Now out of 4 towls 2 are dirty with make-up and dirt on them. Plus the top of the gazebo is ripped.
The gazebo was very expensive 450$ US. For the money, I would expext cleaner. As we told them we had 2 handicap, I expected a little bit more support for a small accommodation.
I would like to say the staff was nice but they were not. As we are mobility impaired the gave us a cabana far away when we asked for close. There was no one here at the time and we were told it was first come first serve.
I have been going to Acquatica for years and I am sorry to say this is my last visit. Shameful and thoughtless

We visited Aquatica and I was disappointed. I think the place just needs a little TLC. It was dirty and overpriced. I don't agree with them charging you to borrow a towel- especially as they are small, pathetic things and if we knew we needed to bring one we would have taken the ones from the hotel, you've paid enough money to be there, surely they can loan you a towel and a locker free of charge? Again lockers you have to pay for which I also don't agree with.
Food on the all day dine is simple and standard just as I would have expected but I don't think it's worth the money.
The water slides were ok and the staff were friendly but at the moment I wouldn't be back for another visit any time soon.

Hour long queues and rip off charges for lockers. Quite often there was an odour of urine while queuing. Not enough changing areas. I will never return.

I was nervous about going after some of the reviews, but we had a great day. Went on a weekday in the second half of august, very quiet and minimal queues. Definitely agree with needing water shoes or flip flops between the slides, the morning was ok, but by the afternoon the ground was so hot. We did the all day dining package, food was ok, and meant we didn’t need a meal later that night, so value for money and otherwise food is expensive! I’d say volcano bay is slightly better, but still had a brilliant day!

Hi , do you still need to make reservations or can you just turn up? I do have a private cabana reserved
