Mr. Young. Your review could not be further from the truth and you signed documentation which states all of our policies regarding the charter and the deposit. You and your group no showed us the morning of your charter. That is why we did not refund your deposit. You also contested the charge with your credit card company and they sided with us. If anyone in your party would have just let us know they were not going to make the trip that morning after talking to them that afternoon in Venice, we would have worked something out. You deliberately no showed us and you have never given us a reason. This is the same policy that airlines, cruises, hotels, and 99% of all fishing charter companies etc. have.
