More and more reviews on TripAdvisor and Google Maps are posted by people who did not visit the attraction reviewed. This is usually done to gain readers and influence, and sometimes points or other rewards from the review platforms. Unfortunately, the job of removing them, which was once done so well on TripAdvisor, has become too big of a job for most platforms like this. And, frankly the traffic generated from responses is attractive to the platforms too. Another way you can tell that a reviewer Simone9inVegas never took this tour of this attraction is that no other reviewer makes a similar observation. This exhibit seldom attracts fandom. Most of our patrons are exploring the history and culture of Las Vegas, Vintage Vegas, the Strip, showmanship, and show business. Liberace just had a major street named for him in Las Vegas for a reason. He was the subject of the MET Gala for a reason. Cardi B borrowed his piano for the 2019 Grammy Awards for a reason. But this reviewer would never know that either. If you decide not to come to our attraction based on this review, please let us know. This customer booked a tour and missed their pickup twice, then cancelled. They were credited the purchase toward another visit. The refund policy is clear and was adhered to. They were never on the tour. Several others reviewing here were on the tour that same day.
