I did the tour 2 weeks ago and was double charged. I have emailed raising the issue and still have not been contacted back yet. Would appreciate if someone could respond on this.

Imagine doing a puzzle with a toddler. They say "help me" but really they still want to be in charge and tell you exactly what to do. That's what this is like. You're more of an observer at a boring show than a participant.

We bought the Go Vegas All-Inclusive pass (which I highly recommened as you can do a ton of things for less money if you plan well) and this was included. Overall it was a fun experience but not what I had originally thought. I probably would have been disappointed if I had paid for this separately. You get a tablet and have to solve a case based on the clues. It was fun! It was difficult to find in the MGM you have to go to thw underground part.

We thought the exhibit was too computer heavy.... we should have asked for the crime scene that was a crime scene you could actually see in front of you.

It was ok, not at all what I expected especially for Las Vegas. Old props, so much background noise, no time
to look around, so scattered. I mean you are in Vegas! There are naked bodies on the street! I thought autopsy or blood put on gloves not an ipad and reading a few clues on the thing for 70$

Went here today for a bit of fun, and also cos I watch CSI religiously at home. It was reasonably straightforward to get to grips with, not difficult to understand the concept. Less people is always better as you could be falling over each other in high season to get to each stage. It’s fun and if you like CSI then this is for you. They email your certificate. Inexpensive and the shop has some fab bits in!

I was really excited to do this on our trip to Vegas, but was a bit disappointed. The interface when exploring a crime scene was difficult to navigate and quite frustrating at times. The autopsy table was the worst. We did two crime scenes (out of three available) and the body didn't show up at all on my iPad on the first one. Plus, when multiple people were at the autopsy table, the audio was difficult to hear because there were multiple iPads playing loudly at the same time in an enclosed space. Why weren't headphones provided? We almost decided to leave after the first case because of the troubles, but stayed because my in-laws hate the idea of asking for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this experience, especially at $40+ per person. Not worth it.

As an avid fan of true crime books, TV shows, and movies, I was really looking forward to trying this activity. Unfortunately, though, it just didn't deliver. First, as others have said, the "solving" of the mystery is far too easy and seems geared towards older children or teens at best. Deciphering the clues is very simple and doesn't take much time, skill, or patience. Second, the atmosphere of the experience is very muddled and confusing. There are many different individuals or groups trying to solve different mysteries in the same space at the same time, bumping into each other and constantly getting in each other's way. Third, the exercise is geared to get people in and out pretty fast, which might be why the "crime-solving" is so easy. The experience is advertised to last about an hour, but my group was done in less than 30 minutes. Afterward, we all looked at each other and asked, "Is that all? Are we done?"

We had a change to “solve” two crimes. Glad we had two because it took some hand holding to get us started in the first crime. But it was fun! We use Groupon to reduce the costs and it was worth it!

I’d say you don’t have to team up. My husband and I went in July and there were a few people there in their own. I’d go again solo!
It’s a must when in Vegas....especially if you’re a fan of the show!

You can choose to do 1, or all 3 of the crime scenes (at additional cost)
We only did one as we had limited time.
We're a clever mother/daughter team (LOL) with medical training, so we wizzed through in about an hour as we could work out the clues pretty quickly. The longest part was actually getting to the venue!
So accounting for the time to get there, we walked form Excalabur, it was a short afternoon activity. Well worth it though!
