The worst experience I've ever had, I bought my fireworks in pahrump NV and at the exit the police stopped us and confiscated our fireworks, we went back to the store and they told us that it was not their problem, they sell you a license which is useless the police say it is illegal, and they knew what was happening and they don't even let you know, In conclusion, he is only interested in money. the costumer,........

Went to this place based off of a random search on google for local firework stores. Walking in this place was awesome, a grocery store of just fireworks. Large variety to choose from. I gathered a couple cart fulls worth and went to check out. No one really around in the store to ask questions. At the counter, I asked if the store offered any military discounts. Was told yes that they did provide military discount and that it would be applied. Told me my total, and went to pay half cash half card. Spent well over $1,500 in that single visit. Left, next day realized not only was there never any military discount applied, BUT there was an extra charge added on top for a launch pad pass which I specifically declined when at the register.
I absolutely hate being lied to and charged for extra stuff I didn't want.
Something so simple has lost my future business and referrals.

Best place for cheap fireworks and tons of selection! Definitely going to come back. Staff is very helpful! Love this place! Will come back

I wanted to apologize for putting a bad review yesterday about order taking longer than I accepted but as soon as I posted the review then one of the nice ladies in Vegas shipping called and explained what had happed and apologized. It seems they were slammed along with bad weather and my order was suppose to come from Valdosta but they had to get something’s from Vegas store but regardless I am sorry for bad review and will recommend red apple fireworks to everyone and continue buying there myself.

extremely unsatisfied to say the least…. Placed my order 6/9/22 and it did not ship unit 6/18/22 which is no big deal, it’s your busy time of the year i get it but when i also ordered 23 cases of fireworks from usfireworks.biz on the same day and they got them ready to ship 3 days later and then 4 days after that they are showing up to my house on a freight truck being delivered on 2 plallets, but any way my order with your company Ships on 1 pallet from NV 48”x48”x60” 640lbs heading for Westbrook maine, 9 business days later it is still in ohio going from terminal to terminal moving 50-75 Miles Per Night , after countless hours on the phone with yrc dealing with multiple people to see about expedited shipping , see what the delays are they tell me there is nothing they can do about it at this point due to the volume of shipments around the 4th of july time and they had advised me to place my order at the beginning of june to avoid this problem……. which i did….. so on thursday 6/30/22 the shipment was stil in transit from Akron, OH Heading For
Maybrook,NY and after more time on the phone with YRC Frieght an extremely Kind Representative from YRC named william guided me threw the process of stopping the shipment at the maybrook NY terminal (274miles each way or 3hrs & 40mins away) and hiring a independent shipping agent to drive down on the morning of 7/1/22 because the shipment was not due to arrive at its destination until 7/5/22….. kinda defeats the purpose of lighting off fireworks on the 4th of july. so i was able to stop the shipment and send a independent shipper to pick up from the Maybrook terminal and deliver then to me at the cost of $400 to the Driver , $36.47 In toll Fees , $226.18 fuel and not to mention the hours and hours i spent and the shippers spent on the phone coordinating this, Red apple Fireworks post and send emails daily, looks like you have 2/3 locations you should be effefient at you job and business and know the max amount of shipping time it takes to get to each location and post a cut off order date your website and let the buyer know that it’s going to be close on shipping time arriving to its destination, i figured ordering almost a month in advance would be sufficient but clearly not, 10 days in frieight across the US is not unheard of, what is unheard of is an order sitting at a warehouse for 10 days before it ships when you advertise that you are open 7 days a week and i could have walked into the NV Store and walked out with all the product i ordered . i just wanted to say thank you, this has costed me an additional $662.65 dollars of my own money and countless hours of time and honestly, the reloadable mortars don’t shoot nearly high enough to the point where when they explode they shoot color starts at the ground. 110% frustrated , dissapointed, exhausted and will not be recommending red apple fireworks to anyone, thank you for the huge hassle and inconvenience. -Josh Barker
