Was excited to try the Jetpack experience but unfortunately, was canceled due to equipment failure 4 weeks before. Went to facility with friend taking part in Corvette driving school and received email reminding me of appointment. Adding insult to injury and now, i get another email asking to review my experience. I had no experience! That's the problem. The automated emails didn't help! Don't understand why equipment was not repaired to insure a good rating from your patrons. Good thing the Driving School was a first class business and offered me numerous rides with instructors.

What a blast! I showed up not knowing I was doing the Jetpack and have never done it prior in my life. My buddy is a member at Spring Mountain and had it set up as a surprise - and what a great time I had. I opted for the board instead of the sit down because while watching the instruction video I felt it would provide me with feeling even more free with no harness. I am athletic but I am also 50 years old so it took me longer to get my *** together and be able to hold my position. I was getting angrier at myself than my instructor was at me. He was patient as it took me about 15-20 mins before I really got the hang of it and was able to move onto 360's and going higher up, etc. Looking out over the horizon (palm trees and mountains) standing on a jet of water couldn't have felt better!!! One of the coolest things I have done in awhile. I cannot wait to go back in October and do this again so I can get to the dolphin dives and hopefully some other tricks.

This was very hard but finally got the hang of it and I am so glad I tried it. Payton was great and really helped out so I was able to get airborne a lot. This is located at Spring Mountain Resort and the whole place is top notch.

Jetpack America was just amazing. Jetpack America's staff were all incredible and they took wonderful care of us. Definitely one of the big highlights of our trip to Vegas. Highly recommend!

Peyton was amazing, he never got annoyed with how many times I called him asking him every question under the moon, he was very attentive and checking on us to make sure and see if we needed anything. Renting the water acitivites was super easy and they are so much fun, the bar was great, bartender Torey was amazing super bubbly and friendly and the drinks she made WERE AMAZING!

We had seen the ad and were very excited to go and watch this event. It was closed but you could make a reservation for a lesson and flight. So we could not get in to see anything. Out of the kindness of the managers heart, they let us come in and put on a private show for us on this beautiful little lake. It was a wonderful demo of what the hover board and jet pack can do. We reccomend this to anyone who wants an adventure to take a lesson and try this out. Or come and watch! We loved it.

Unfortunately, I was not able to go for my experience. I injured my back the night before and was not going to make it out of my hotel room let alone go play on this. I called to cancel the morning of, hoping I would wake up after a night of medication feeling much better. But nay! There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. That no refund will be given for the experience which I completely understood. However, I called to inform them I would not be there. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone seemed very rushed and didn't want to hear a reason...he just kept saying you can't cancel. Which you can...however, you just don't get refunded. So, after getting annoyed with him. I decided to let it go and send an email that wouldn't allow me to be interrupted. They would have to read it. I wanted to know that though I wouldn't be refunded for the experience (which I was fine with) would I still be refunded for the photo/video op that I was no longer going to get. They responded the same day apologizing and gave me a full 50% refund for my entire purchase. So that is why I gave them 4 stars. I feel that the person who read my email listened to me and understood that accidents do happen to people and went above and beyond to make what was supposed to be a great birthday weekend a little more happier than the experience I was actually going through. So thank you to whoever sent me the email about the refund. I really appreciate what you have done. I will get out there again some day soon and get to experience this the way I should have.

A group of us on a conference in Vegas wanted to do something slight different. We spent the day Jet Packing. Was fab.
We couldn't decide between the jet pack or the hoverboard. In hindsight I wish I had done the hoverboarding as it looked even more fun. The guy in the photo this was his third attempt!

My 11 year old grandson loves the water, and we thought he might enjoy flying in tandem with a great instructor. Enjoy is too mild a word. He was ecstatic. The very knowledgeable instructor took him through a great routine and even allowed the youngster to take the controls. This was a quality experience for J G and the rest of the family were so pleased with the day. What a delightful experience.

If you are 16 or older, you will be piloting the jetpack. If you are under 16, you can fly tandem with one of our jetpack instructors.
