Not to my knowledge. It’s just a arcade that has video poker machines and “retro” arcade games. They have video poker tournaments twice a day. You win tickets that you can then get prizes with. It’s probably the biggest “arcade” in Wildwood

You can redeem the Groupon or any other redemption at the counter where the cashier is. The back wall is where the redemption counter is.

They can answer this better than I, but I would guess it's because of daily customer traffic and because, to them, it's the end of the season. Also, all the Boardwalk businesses are motivated to maximize profits. Hiring an extra person or two to clean up cuts into profits. I would also guess that the earlier you go in the day, the cleaner the place is.
