This is a delightful shop selling all manor of gifts, cards, jewellery, house decorations, shawls, etc along with some larger items such as tables and lamps. At this time of year it also has some beautiful Christmas decorations too.

Having been a customer of this shop for many years I have always found the staff to be aloof however the owner is just RUDE, I shall take my business elsewhere with pleasure, Never have I been spoken to in such a manner. She had already been rude to another lady who was complaining to a member of staff, the woman clearly has issues with having to lower herself to serve us commoners! Off with her head I say !!!!

Much like the previous reviewer we have visited many times over the years however this evening the cashier (later to be told was the owner) huffed and said “Jesus Christ” when I asked for a delecate tree ornament to be wrapped in tissue!
Had I not had my children with me who had picked out decorations I wouldn’t have given this place a penny!
She then shouted at my mum when asked if she thought it was acceptable to speak to customers this way and we were told it was good that we wouldn’t be returning again!!
All infront my my 2 young children!!

I've been to this shop about a dozen times, over the past ? 20 years.
To be frank, I've hardly ever bought anything; the shop 'assistants' [misnomer alert] seem to ignore customers.
My experience this week was so much worse.
My husband had seen some wraps he thought his sisters, and my mother, would like, as well as our neighbour [8, in total]. It seemed ideal, to do a lot of Christmas shopping in one, local shop.
I went in - no greeting. I looked at clothing - no offer of help, not even a smile in my direction. I'd clearly interrupted a conversation.
A man came in - just to say hello, rather than as a customer. He had a joke for them, he said, though it was "a bit racist". In fact, it was very racist. It was also about bestiality.
I felt thankful that I didn't have my mother, or one of the children, with me.
I asked the two assistants - who had shrieked with laughter at the 'joke' - if the shop were theirs.
"No," they said, abruptly. "I thought not," said I, and left.
I hope the owners, who seem to be local, spot this - whoever is 'minding the shop' for you is sending us away in droves.

Interesting items to take home after a visit to Hampton Court, or as gifts for friends and family. It is more interesting than many and reasonably priced. If driving, park in East Molesey or if visiting Hampton Court in a car, pay a visit before leaving the HCP car park.

i absolutely love looking around this small shop, there are so many different interesting gifts to buy o r to keep yourself also hampton court gifts.there are also a few larger items such as pretty garden table and chairs, you are left to freely look around and the staff are very pleasant.

Visited this place after seeing Hampton Court. Full of beautiful, unique and interesting gifts to cater for all ages. Wonderfully packaged. I was lucky enough to have been bought two birthday items from here that i shall treasure.

This is a lovely shop. My husband and I were on our annual visit to UK. I found an item that was perfect for my little granddaughter's birthday. I did not have my MC card with me and when I returned with it they were closed. We were leaving the next morning. I called from home (U.S.) hoping to purchase the item or get info as to where I might purchase. The lady I spoke with could not have been more rude or dismissive. If you see something you like, buy it right away. They don't need your tourist $ and are not going out of there way to help. Poor customer service.
