First time I tried the Meltspa and it did not disappoint. I have gone to Hotel Hershey Spa many times and thought I would give Meltspa a try. I had a 50 minute pumpkin spice massage by Jasmine. She is a wonderful massage therapist and used the perfect amount of touch and pressure. I will definitely go back again to try a facial and get a massage and request Jasmine!

Only one working shower, no one attending the women’s lounge so no brushes or amenities once I finally got to take a shower. Manager rude to me when I was checking in. As a repeat customer with today services coming to a total of $590 dollars. This is totally unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

Terrible! Appointment canceled at last minute. Waited 2 months for another appointment. It was canceled as I was walking in the door after driving 1 1/2 hours. Waste of time, gas and money. They can’t give refunds for gift cards…..I’m welcome to make another appointment….what’s the point if they won’t honor them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, kind, informative, helpful and attentive. The spa is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The spa service was extraordinary. The hot cocoa in the lounge is unbelievable! It is a must try😀

Three friends and I on a girls weekend spent several hours at Melt. The staff was wonderful. The relaxation lounge was great - hot chocolate as well as coffee and tea so you can't beat that. I had a cocoa massage with Todd who was wonderful - so relaxing. Everyone was really happy with their services. The only weird thing is that they give you Melt money based on your purchase but it expires in 90 days and cannot be used on products. We don't live in the area and were in town specifically for a weekend - as I suspect a lot of guests are. Maybe they should consider letting out of town guests use the melt money to buy products at the end of their services. I know I would have bought more than I did if I could have used the melt money for that. The fact that they gave me more money that I was not going to use after I bought product seemed like a huge waste. Let out of towners use their money to buy product and I bet you will see product sales go up.

I brought my DIL for her Christmas gift. Massages were great love the relaxing atmosphere and ability to take a shower after the massage but really wish there was a lunch option to make it an all day event

The spa was nicely decorated and relaxing. The staff was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was not to relaxing as there was construction going on at the time. The prices were reasonable. Would go again if I was in there area.

Bad experience at the front desk, you're expected to tip BEFORE your massage? Also they ask for medical information on forms that they leave out in the open. Masseuse was skilled. It's just too bad the front desk staff stress you out before you get your massage.

You may choose to pay after your treatment, however. We recognize your concern about your health questionnaire. The spa was very clean, I had a facial and a massage. Both services were amazing. Staff was very nice and informative of the town and other activities to do. Will be back.

I did the half day spa package. This was an excellent way to start my vacation! Changes into my robe and slippers in the nice and clean locker room. Then waiting for my treatments on the quiet room. With yea coffee and water oh and chocolate muffins. The staff was friendly and on time with my treatments but I didn’t feel rushed. Would do again ! Worth the price of admission!
