I'm spoiled, I only like recliner seat movie theaters now. If it had recliner seats, that would bump it up to a 4 or a 5. It is a good location with plenty of parking. Kids from MHS go there on the weekends, so it can get crowded. We saw Creed 2 here when our friend we were picking up at the airport got delayed. It was a good way to kill 2 hours.

In town with my husband and found this gem. Paid $33 for two adults, large popcorn, soda and a candy. Theatres very small. Comfy seats. Bur as noted before very cold

This is a nice theater to catch a movie in Hershey. The seats are comfortable, food is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable.

The only theatre in Hershey, it is a great place to get some fresh popcorn, cold soda and a good seat to enjoy a new release.

My husband, adult daughter and I went to the Cocoaplex to see the 11:30 AM showing of Passengers. There was only one other older gentleman in the theater with us. Upon entering the theater we noticed the chill and kept our winter coats on. We thought the theater would warm up as time went on. Mid-way through the movie the older gentleman left because he said that he couldn't take ithe cold anymore. It was a very unpleasant situation, but we stayed until the movie was finished. After reporting the conditions to the young man at the counter, he didn't offer any reason that the theater was so cold which lead me to assume that the thermostat is just set to a lower temperature. If you attend this movie theater you may want to bring a blanket!

Being a movie buff, I travel around to a lot of movie theaters, but my local theater is one of the best I've been to in my travels. The place is always very clean, including the lobby, hallways, bathrooms, and theaters. The staff is never anything less than friendly. The seats are extremely comfortable and in the "wraparound" format around the very large screens for a multiplex theater which sometimes has smaller screens, which is not the case here.
One compliant is the lack of security or personnel around the actual theaters. I've noticed on numerous occasions people leaving one theater and going into another. This is extremely disruptive and a form of theft to attend a second film that the people had not paid for.
I also recommend attending afternoon showings as evening showings seem to attract some very noisy and disrespectful people who don't know how to be quiet and respectful of others around them. I've attended several evening shows of various types of films and was very disappointed by those in the audience on their phones, talking to others around them constantly, and those who can't sit still and are up every 15 minutes or so. It seems the afternoon showing attract a more respectful audience.

Wrangled 6 teenagers to this cinema for an evening. Price average for cinemas. Seating is great, recliners and footrests. Popcorn and soda overpriced just like every other cinema in the world, take it and like it pal.

Nice small theater with fair prices and comfortable seats. You can buy tickets on-line (their own app), but seats are not reserved.

My husband and I are movie buffs and have been going to Cocoaplex movie theater ever since it opened. The lobby, theaters and bathrooms are always clean. I like the fact that the screens are quite large and surround sound system is top notch. Popcorn is tasty and not quite as expensive as other local theaters. We like supporting this locally-owned establishment (rather than some of the big chain theaters...)

Clean and well kept. The theater was in good condition with comfortable seats. Of course the snack bar was expensive, but they all are these days. Plenty of parking.
