Absolutely fabulous spa! We accidentally booked the wrong stars for our stay, but Debs on the Main Reception and Jess on Spa Reception could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. We had a great time in the spa, with delicious food, attentive staff and an excellent experience overall. Highly recommended!

Want to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU to Dreams Spa for hosting my Grandaughter Kiera's 18th Birthday surprise which her Dad had arranged.
Such attention to detail & amazing staff. They couldn't do enough for our party of 11. They set up a special table and trimmed all up & even gave her 2 bottles of bubbly 🍾 to go with the afternoon tea.
The Spa was immaculate and the treatments were 1st class. They even gave us a conference room for us afterwards to get ready for a surprise party 🥳
The staff are ALL so kind and attentive, they were always there to offer help taking photographs & videos.
Cant Thank Dreams Spa enough for making her day so PERECT.
Will most definitely be back for Spa days in the future.

The spa is a lovely addition to the hotel, with very friendly reception staff. There is a range of experiences including a little enclosed outdoor hot tub area with waterfalls, foot baths, two saunas, a nice steam room which smelled lovely, a small swimming pool and a little bistro and seating area.
We were offered a welcome drink and could highlight any concern areas on the form ready for our treatments.
We also had a massage which both me and my partner enjoyed and the whole experience was good value for money in comparison to experiences at other spas.

This is actually about the spa as didn’t stay at the hotel but had day spa visit for my nieces 40th birthday.
Having visited a couple of times before we organised a secret spa day for my niece and 5 more. From booking to the day the staff were helpful, organised and friendly. The day itself went without a hitch, fabulous facilities, amazing treatments for us all followed by a late lunch with balloons and some lovely banners from the staff. Would I recommend ? Absolutely definitely - fabulous day with wonderful staff - thankyou all xx

I went the spa on Saturday, June 8th, and had a terrific experience!!
My massage was fantastic; the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to assist, the facilities were first-rate, and the establishment was spotlessly clean.
I additionally enjoyed lunch in the bistro, which was really good value for money.
I've scheduled again for next Saturday!!

My daughter & I visited the spa this week. We had a wonderful experience, from walking through the door to leaving the team were very friendly & welcoming. The day was relaxation from start to finish. The outside hot tub is lovely… even in the drizzling rain. We had the mud treatment which left our skin lovely & soft. We both chose to have a back massage & facial which left us very relaxed. We ate in the bistro and the food (and Prosecco) was very nice. Didn’t want the day to end & will definitely go back.

Girlie day at the Dream Spa .. From arriving to leaving the day was lovely .. The staff are so welcoming .. My treatments booked with Dottie ... Excellent facial,skin felt amazing afterwards, pedicure was perfect,feet now summer ready.. Lunch & fizz made the day perfect . highly recommend a visit.

I went with a group of friends the spa was lovely and the food was delicious we are thinking of booking again as we all really enjoyed our stay. We all enjoyed our treatments and the back massage was amazing.

Bought as a present for a wedding gift, hot tub and sauna out of order.
Small pool, sauna and steam room available, no beds to sit on, terrible experience, left after an hour was clean, would not recommend the spa.
