My DIL and I took my granddaughter (age 4 1/2) and great grandson (age 2) for the day and they absolutely loved it! I will say, I understand it can get quite busy (my DIL used the word 'packed') on holiday weekends, but we were here on a Friday for their morning session and though it was busy, the facility has a very large play area and tons of activities which gave our two children a lot of options with very little to no waiting for them to try one of the activities or costumes. They were busy the entire time, and didn't want to take a break for a snack and a drink. You may bring your own snack/drinks, and they have options to purchase as well. The facility was very clean, and when we got there, everything was neatly organized for the children to explore and play (of course it wasn't neat and organized when we left, lol...kids are free to carry everything around...as they should be. The manager was perfect for the job...upbeat and friendly, and the 'bubbles and dance' party was a big hit at the end of the session. We felt it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time given in the session (they have a.m. and p.m. sessions) and for the amount of entertainment. I saw children from approx ages 18 mos. to 8-9 years old and all seemed to be having a great time. I was glad that my DIL had been there before and knew that it was to the rear of the building or I may not have known to drive back there to park, but other than that, I thought everything was very well thought out and that the staff and facility were fantastic.

Spent the day with our 2 year old. She loved the town as it was all fixed up for Christmas. The staff were very friend at this family owned operation. The toys were very clean, and staff continued to clean toys during our visit. Very nice activity for a cold or rainy day. Would highly recommend if you are close by! We plan on going back the next time we are in town.

We got there early and it was great, but as soon as crowds came in, not so much.
Area gets very messy, kids all seem to enjoy it.

The 7-year-old really enjoyed this visit! She pretended she was a doctor, a veterinarian, a car mechanic, a princess and a rock star. She visited a library, a cafe, and she spent the most time at the market. For the 2:00 pm bubble dance, she danced around inside the bubbles. It was simplicity meets big imagination....and she had a great time!
The website says they take great care in cleaning the toys, but as a sanitizer-toting parent who’s had her fair share of lice panics, I was surprised at how many costumes, including head wear, and the toys in the pretend hair salon, there were, and I was a bit uneasy hoping that their commitment to cleanliness was real. (We left unscathed.)
There is a coffee counter and a nice lounge/waiting area for parents, but I enjoyed following her around and getting into the playtime, too.
We went on a Saturday afternoon and spent about an hour and a half there. We saw a birthday party, and it looks like they make the birthday kiddo feel really special. There were a good amount of kiddos there but it didn’t feel overwhelmingly crowded, and as a single child, the 7-year-old loves making new friends and playing with others — which she did here, as well.
I’m glad we visited when she did. At 7, she really could get into the play - appreciate it and remember this. A year or two from now, she may no longer be interested. I think it’s great for that 5-7 age range.

I took my 2 year old and 7 year old on a rainy Friday. We stayed for 2.5 hours. There was a small preschool there so it was quite busy. Its probably better to call in advance and ask if a group is coming. I can't even imagine going on a crowded weekend- yokes.
They both had a nice time but for $30 my expectations were really high.
My 7 year old played just as much as my 2 year old but felt out of place and would likely not want to go back. It's really targeting toddlers.
I was surprised they didn't have an art studio or playground as one of their stations. It would have been nice to see more diverse options than only pretend play. It seemed clean and I only saw one thing not in working order. At 11:00 and 2:00 they do a 2 minute bubble dance.
I don't have a lot to say other than at this price point I expected more. I don't think we will return and although the kids had a good time I don't think they viewed it as a special occasion, which I had hoped at this price point.

I’ve been taking my son here since he started walking. He will be three next month and we still love coming! I also bring my 8-month old twin and they sit safely in the baby area while I keep an eye on their brother.
I think the staff is super friendly and they are always cleaning and organizing everything. I can only imagine how much time and effort must go in this place with all the kids playing and yet it still looks so nice.
I highly recommend a visit!

Taking into consideration that we were visiting on a busy Saturday,we thought staffing could have definitely done a better job keeping the house in order. Also the bubble dance was one song with a hand held machine dispersing bubbles. Wasn't sure the price, including full price for accompanying adults was worth the visit.

Best audience: I wouldn't hesitate to bring a child between ages 2-6. It was nice to see they have a sectioned off infant area. My son (5 1/2) had a good time as his first experience, but he didn't have interest in several of the houses - once the novelty factor wore off, I think a second visit would be a stretch. My 2 year old daughter would definitely have a blast returning.
Facility: Clean given the crowds of kids. Appropriately staffed between the front desk and helpers who put things away in the different areas. Bathrooms were ok. Nice to see a toddler toilet. A sturdier step stool and easier kid access to towels / soap would be ideal. Bathrooms were getting progressively nastier as we approached lunchtime
Cost: Sure, it could be cheaper but it isn't terrible. I understand why they charge for adults; hopefully it helps with crowd control a bit.
Parking: The lot was full when we arrived around 10:30am (groan). I had to brave the parallel parking scene outside the lot. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit abandoned, and properties are cared for to varying levels - didn't feel unsafe, just not the nicest section of town.
Check-In: I forgot to do the waiver ahead of time, and thought it was nice they had some ipads set up - the process was fairly fast.
Seating Area: Nice to see a lot of different seating options - it was very crowded when we went. Bonus that they offer coffee and some snacks. I was expecting it to be a little nicer; didn't realize it was a Keurig machine
Definitely recommend a trip here with your young kids!

If you are thinking of having a party here, save yourself a major headache. First they tell us after the party is booked no one can show up early to play, even by 30 minutes. They only give you the room for 90 minutes, and as is the case with all parties, no one shows up on time. No big deal if you tell people to get there 30 minutes prior. Everyone was traveling 1.5 to 4 hours to get there. So basically by the time we could start eating we only had the room for 45 minutes and had to rush out. The party manager acted like she cared but really didn’t. We went to open presents in the play area since we were kicked out of the party room and were told that was no allowed. These people are unreal!!!! They’re just a bunch of greedy business owners that only care about themselves!

Hi Seth! We are sorry to hear your guests were late to the party and caused you so much stress.
We were disappointed to also hear you felt you didn't have enough time in the party room - even when your family was told to not come early and you did anyways, causing our party team to have to accommodate for all of you in the midst of a busy party day. The extra 25 minutes of party time in our room that we gave you because you showed up early - good thing we aren't greedy enough to charge you for the extra time you took in our party room.
We are happy to hear though that you and your guests stayed for 5 hours -shutting the place down - you all must have enjoyed it even though you caused a scene multiple times with our staff and the rest of our customers.
Our parties and staff are incredible and we stand behind them!
