Delightful art gallery. Her works are full of color and in my opinion reasonably priced for originals.

As an interior designer, I love to source local artists for project completion. Christiane David and her staff are amazing. Christiane is a delight, as is her work. Her work is impressionistic, colorful, and there is something for everyone. It is my go to gallery and a must see.

Stopped into the gallery on Friday afternoon for a peek around. You are immediately drawn to the bright beautiful colors she chooses to paint in and her unique style. She is a delightful woman to speak with about her work as is her assistant Kathy. Such a fantastic visit.

The vibe of this place is joyful to the nth degree. Some of the art is impressionistic while some borders on on being boldly realistic and charming.
We splurged on two wonderful portraits, one an original.
We had seen her art at the nearby Lancaster Hotel and begged to be directed to to where it had been produced.
Never been happy with "real" art. The artist, from Belgium, is charming.

...just like the artist herself. My daughter and I walked in to Christiane’s gallery several years ago and make it a point to stop there first whenever in Lancaster to visit the art scene. Walking up to the front door you know you’re in for a treat just by the artistically arranged planters you encounter reflecting the season. Once inside there is usually a greeter of the furry variety ready to make your acquaintance. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I’ve always felt free to browse on my own or seek out the artist to ask about a piece - no hovering or pressure here, just the way I like it.

My husband, Steve, treated me to the most incredible day in Lancaster City for my birthday! If you have not experienced downtown Lancaster you MUST put it on your "Bucket List!" For those who appreciate culture, design and are total "foodies" you'll just LOVE this ultimate "walking city!" North Prince St. is known as Gallery Row with gorgeous art galleries! The 300 block of North Queen St. also offers some very nice things to see as well. After visiting Central Market, which everyone should experience, we strolled across the street to begin our enjoyment of epic artistry! As we entered Christiane David's gallery I was drawn to a gorgeous Peony piece! Clearly out of our price bracket at $4,000+ I stood in awe at its beauty! Before we knew Christiane appeared. I complimented her on her stellar talent! For the next hour or so she shared the most touching stories about different pieces in her gallery that spoke to my heart. I fell in absolute love with this precious lady and her beloved pets that will gently approach your side with a friendly wag or a sweet meow. Her gallery goes on forever and then there's a lovely gift shop downstairs with very affordable prints, note cards, and practical items for your home like cutting boards, linen napkins, place mats and such, where you can enjoy her designs at an affordable price! My sweet Hubby totally surprised me and purchased a beautiful matted print of the gorgeous peony piece I saw upstairs that I loved so much!! It just made my day! Christiane we absolutely LOVED spending our afternoon with you, your family and sweet pets! You are SO incredibly talented and such a beautiful person!

Christiane provides a wide variety of beautiful works about all types of subjects -- something for everyone! The studio itself is a beautiful setting, and she always has it tastefully decorated. Stop in on First Fridays for music too.

Christine is an amazing artist and her gallery is full of amazing paintings and other gifts. She is part of the first Friday gallery night and her gallery is located near the Central Market and Fulton Theater.

We travel to Lancaster regularly, mostly for date nights, enjoying the top notch restaurants and cute shops. We also love to check out the galleries on First Friday nights. It's such a festive feeling to be in downtown Lancaster with all the galleries open, artists chatting with customers, and, in many of the galleries a bit of wine and a snack. It's a bit like a beautiful, festive and inviting open house all up and down the street! Christiane David is by far our favorite. We have talked with both Christiane and her husband at length each time we visit. They are so personable and kind, and clearly enjoy educating us
about art work and the beautiful building the gallery is in. Each time I enter the gallery I marvel at how beautiful Christiane's paintings are and how talented she is! I am so grateful she is within driving distance of us so that we can stop in every month or so to see what new works of art she has created!
