Excellent and informative tour of the history of Pittsburgh. Todd kindly came out in the wind and snow to show us around. We learnt lots and enjoyed it. It was interesting to realise Pittsburgh has been and continues to be so important in American history.

They were great in organizing a tour for me… they were really closed for the winter, but I called and asked about a tour and Susan, the owner, accommodated me! Todd was a great tour guide… personable, fun and filled with stuff about Pittsburgh! Loved learning about the history of the buildings, and the people and companies behind the buildings. And so many interesting facts about the history of Pittsburgh! Great 2 hours!!!

The Pittsburgh Walking Tour was highly interesting and informative. It was a great way to learn the history, geography and architecture of this beautiful city.

Todd is an informative, personable and humorous guide. His walking tour incorporates local Pittsburgh history along with fascinating insights about architecture and changes in Pittsburgh's economy. It was a highlight of our trip and I recommend it to everyone planning to visit this great city.

Todd was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour covered a lot and was very interesting. We really enjoyed learning more about Pittsburgh on our recent trip, it really helped us to appreciate the city in a new way.

We were lucky enough to go on the Free Pittsburgh walking tour. It was easy to sign up the day before, and Todd was a great tour guide- knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. We were able to see a lot of the city, learn some history of the area and about important architecture. Our group of four really loved the tour and are glad we signed up. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Learned a great deal about who, how and why Pittsburgh came to be. Great info on many of the high rises in downtown. Overall, a great experiment with our tour guide, Todd.

Todd was very informative, he had answers to all our questions. Learning about the city history really put things in to perspective. The walk didn't seem to long, as we stopped frequently to talk about different buildings and history.

Easy to book, easy walking, convenient meeting place, well planned routes, entertaining and thoughtful tour led by co-owner Todd.
I'm a professional tour guide and while many tours fall short, this tour is 5* top notch. Todd shared an amazing amount of Pittsburgh story, architecture, the "Big Names" in Pittsburgh and a lot of humor that kept his audience entertained and riveted by his narrative.
When I left his tour, I felt that Pittsburgh is one of the greatest cities in the world and all of my native Pittsburgh-ian friends are now jealous that I know their city better than they do!
Thanks, Todd, I had a great time - and left with great memories.

Todd was phenomenal. As someone who recently moved to Pittsburgh, I enjoyed learning about Pittsburgh from a local and getting great recommendations on places to visit.
