I walked over to see this building. I only saw it from the outside and it’s not all that impressive. I was expecting something else but I saw it.

Great time and performance. Love the ambiance and was very comfortable. Hope they have more performances like it in the future.

Heinz hall is a wonderful venue for any show - beautifully decorated, friendly staff, and fantastic shows. Most recently we saw The Illusionists and had a lot of fun, as they had a lot of audience interaction.

Celtic Woman, very nice venue and the entertainment was very good.You can buy a parking pass for $11 and park right across the street

10 out of 10 would go again. Reasonable parking nearby. Starbucks across the street to grab a drink before hand.
Only downside wasn’t really Heinz halls fault but Groupons for not correctly having the information in the listing. Groupon said pick up tix and sit together. Heinz preprinted so if you wanted to sit together the Groupon should have been paid together.

Went here last night with a friend. Easy to get to, parking nearby, as well as restaurants. Lots of employees available to show patrons to their seats. Inside is beautiful.

Heinz Hall is a perfect venue for music, dance, orchestra. Acoustics excellent. Beautiful restoration of a classic theatre.

What more can you say about a classic place like Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh? The elegance of this place is in every corner of the building. So many fine performers come to Heinz Hall, but the best being the PSO. It was built to enjoy live music and performances and it never will let you down. Please enjoy this diamond in the middle of the city. The staff are always friendly. There are many places to sit and enjoy the architecture. Please enjoy the gift that Pittsburgh has to offer that is Heinz Hall.

Heinz Hall has brought many types of productions to the Pittsburgh Cultural District. It's beautiful interior is a must see! Many memories were made here.

Went to see Jeff Beck and Ann Wilson...this place is incredible. I got the complete history for one of the ushers...which was really cool. I would love to see another concert in the venue.

We're going to see Darci Lynn in November and purchased seats in the orchestra "Pit" and have never sat there before...was wondering how good the seats are and if there's any obstructions (hoping their great seats or the price I paid to take my grand-daughter, who is 8 years old).

Gary M~ I agree with the other patrons - with a single performer sitting closer will be better visually and you will be able to hear her vocals better. Darci Lynn is awesome! Isn't she?! You will have a lovely memorable time with your granddaughter.

I sat there and it was pretty nice. It’s a more intimate setting because you don’t have an entire row of people that you have to move for or step over if someone happens to get up.

How far is fast food for breakfast? I'm looking for a hotel with breakfast or a McDonald's, etc within walking distance for 17 high school students.

We stay at the William Penn Omni Hotel, and we walk to and from Heinz Hall. The WIlliam Penn has a Starbucks inside and a Brueggers Bagels and Jimmy Johns connected. It is 2-3 block walk to Market Square which has every fast food imaginable and other specialty restaurants too. The only other two hotels you should consider are the Doubletree on Bigelow and the Marriott. All of these would be within easy walking distance to Heinz Hall. I have stayed at all 3 and the William Penn is by far the most convenient for fast food, delis , etc.
