Stayed one night. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and roomy. The bathroom was clean and larger thank average. The beds were firm so that was the only negative. The casino had lots of old favorites and new games. Had several good hits no handpays. Had fun and my expectations were exceeded. Would stay again!

As somebody who grew up in Pittsburgh, I’ve always wanted to see a Wilkes Barre Scranton pens game! I knew nothing about Iceburg’s crazy little nephew Tux! He had the crowd going all game, and it was his birthday so there were lots of entertaining activities set up for him! They do a kids free Sunday pretty much every month and it’s a really great opportunity to see a game without breaking the bank too much. Can’t complain much with lower bowl tickets only being $30 bucks each! Seating was cramped, but the overall quality and fun we had was well worth it! Highly recommend!

I was dropped off by Uber and had one reserved for 545 after the show never got picked up til 700 because the BARNEY FIFES wouldn’t let the driver through so she had to wait in the traffic to get in someone screwed up terrible the lot wasn’t empty at 650 and the next show was at 730 Uber drivers and taxis should have a certain way in to the west gate it’s not rocket science also we had to wait in the rain with no cover because they started letting the second show crowd trickle in because most of them were stuck in the traffic trying to get in NEVER AGAIN

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because once inside, it's a nice venue. But, and a huge but is getting into the place. The traffic is horrendous, does not move, and to make matters worse...they only take credit cards for parking...making the slow crawl in your car even slower. Leaving the place is just as horrendous. This was for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert.

Horrible traffic with no direction to get in or out. If there is an event you are going to plan on being there 1-2 hours early just to get in. Chaos is the key word for this place. Won’t go again

After college graduation; they asked us to leave where we were standing because they have another graduation. So we did and got into our car. But they were not directing traffic at all. We sat for 32 minutes before we even started moving and then it took another 8 minutes to drive out. Unacceptable. What a mess. So we all burned and wasted unnecessary gasoline.
Also, when we walked out of graduation one ladies room had a line wrapping around the corner. I walked to the next one and no one was in a 25 stall bathroom. Can anyone say event planning?

Worst venue ever! Traffic was atrocious. Paid $15 cash to park with no receipt only to be told there was no handicapped parking left and that we should exit and re-enter. The show started at 7 and there was miles of traffic backed up trying to get in to park when there was no parking available at 7:45. This venue is in the middle of a number of roads with shopping centers on both sides of each road. Giant Stadium in NJ has never had such a fiasco with parking! Paid $300 for two tickets and $15 parking and gas to get there and back from NJ. What a waste of time and money!

There was a healthy mix of good and bad here (part of the bad being the horrendous product the penguins are putting on the ice) so I just want to touch on a few things.
I didn't eat, but there was a Chickie and Pete's which is typically good. If they had cheesesteaks I probably would have gotten one, but I wasn't really in the mood for the crab fries. The seats were excellent. For under $100 I had 3 seats where I could practically breathe on the back of the coaches necks from the opposing team. The parking was free and we parked fairly close to the front. Process to go through security and to get the tickets read with the machines was easy and painless. The food and drink prices all seemed fairly reasonable for an arena.
So just one thing that kept this from 5 star. There was a drink that sounded fun and different...and it was bad. Maybe the other flavors were good, this was not. They had "Boozy snow cones" which I was pumped about. I got the spiked cherry cola. Unfortunately the cherry flavoring made it taste very medicinal, like Robitussin. It was a $9 drink which honestly even by bar standards isn't "that" bad, but it was upsetting to get this drink.
All in all though, solid place to catch a game.

Expected to see more separation of patrons, cleaning etc. Was very disappointed - as crowd as usual - did not feel secure.

I have been to a variety of entertainment here and it's always been a great experience. I most recently saw Disney On Ice and previously been to concerts, monster trucks, motocross, wrestling and hockey. The shows were great each time. My only negative would be the fumes from the motorcycles can be a bit much, but what a show.

I wouldn't consider anything to be within walking distance, There are many places to eat within a mile radius of the arena. There are also some places to eat at the arena, but they are expensive with limited offerings.
Does this arena have a family restroom ?

I'm coming to the Mohegan Sun Arena 9/24 to see Elton John. Reviews mention problems with traffic once the concert ends, so I'm wondering if anyone has some inside info to make it easier.....can one park next door in the TARGET lot? I hate dealing with bunched up traffic after a show.....would appreciate any helpful hints. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no good way to get out of there. You are directed where to park when you arrive,,,, but when you leave there is NOBODY directing traffic, People cut across the parking lot at all kinds of crazy angles and it just takes forever to get out. I've been there 5 times and it was all the same....
